Ok so here is the honest truth…. We waited awhile for our food and they forgot to hand us our happy meal. I had to call and ask for it and pull back around….
But then there was Sophia….. she walked out the first time apologized and was so sweet to us. I looked at my husband and said wow she was so pleasant even though I knew she was running ragged and I’m sure she had some people being rude to her.
Then the happy meal, she comes out again and thanked us for being so understanding. She was so apologetic and you could tell the night was about to break her.
We told her she was doing great and she has been one of the most pleasant people we have met in this industry. that honestly we understand, we owned a fast food restaurant and it sucked. We know how it can be. We know how cruel people can treat others.
She started to tear up and told her we made her night. Well actually Sophia you made ours.

It’s a hit or miss sometimes with this place. And when they do mess up your order they don’t answer the phone at night it’s best to call them in the morning when managers are actually answering the phone. Fries are usually cold even after waiting in a long line. I just don’t get it if you don’t want to serve hot food to customers stay home and let someone else do it. And start answering the phone when you hear it ringing

We went through the drive thru and ordered a McChicken plain with cheese, a small fry, and a Sprite. The food was fresh and we didn’t have to wait long for our order.
They were friendly and courteous even though they were also trying to train a new worker.

the manager shouldn’t be the manager there because i called and i had to call twice because they didn’t answer and then when she did she had an attitude because i asked if the lobby was open because the lobby should’ve been open at 7 and she said that they just haven’t propped the door open because the night manager didn’t leave the key. and then had an attitude to all the other customers even the regular that walked in after me she even knew his name and still was happy still didn’t smile at all. the other girl that was there was amazing she had a smile the whole time even i don’t know her name but she was a darker girl with dark curly hair and she treated every customer like she was their friend and hadn’t seen them in forever. the manager just acted like she didn’t wanna be there it was terrible and they weren’t even busy she just had an attitude for nothing.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Management is a joke during the day. They will sit there and watch costumers wait at the counter to pay for their food while chatting it up with other employees and then give you an attitude when asked to be served. That’s literally your job. Nobody forces you to be here if you don’t want to do it then find another job please.

Today I used my phone App for the first time and had a huge order. I was so impressed by the timely service and they were very friendly considering the size of my order. Using the phone App is a win/win and especially at this location. I’ll be sure to tell family and friends to do the same. Thanks McDonald’s, I was taking breakfast to family who were pouring a concrete pad for me. The food was hot when I got there and it all worked out great
