Bad revues everywhere here. Does anyone cares at all? Today more of the same. See my receipt. I ordered 3 lg pc combo. I get in return a tiny leg, a tiny wing and another piece of chicken with big bone. What kind of theft is this? The guy helping me has no tag name but has many tattoos not good people skills. Then I dispute this joke of an order, then he checks with the other guy that’s wearing one glove but prepping food with both hands, see your security camera, around 2.55 pm today, he says that’s all they have to sell, I asked for my money back and he says he can’t refund no no money period. So I told them that I will contact their corporate officers. Later the guy with the tattoos came to see if I want more chicken. They know they need up. The other guy making the food he’s the worst rude person not my first rodeo with that guy. It seems this last guy is related to one of the managers so why does he cares for his manners or customer service.

I am not sure if Carlos is in management but he should be. He was so positive and happy Carlos made my experience so enjoyable. Even if the food sucked, I would likely go back because of him. If you are having a bad day and just need a friendly face and a snack, go here and have Carlos help you.

The tenders were pretty much no chicken and all breading. Had been sitting for a long time. Fries weren’t fresh. Took 20 mins to fill 3 simple orders. How are you not prepared for lunch at lunch time? Ridiculously bad service and they weren’t even busy

I had such an amazing experience at this Popeyes that I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly and welcoming, and what truly made it special was how kind and helpful the manager was. They went out of their way to make sure everything was just right, and I really appreciated their attention and care.
What absolutely made my day was that they made me fresh tenders when I ordered. That extra effort did not go unnoticed! The tenders were hot, crispy, and incredibly flavorful—juicy on the inside with that signature Popeyes seasoning that hits the spot every time. You could tell they were fresh from the first bite.
The sides were just as good—the mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy were smooth and comforting, and the biscuits were buttery and soft, exactly how you want them.
Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly. The staff worked with a great attitude, and the whole place was clean and welcoming. The manager especially made the experience stand out with their professionalism and kindness.
This Popeyes has definitely earned a loyal customer. Great food, great people, and truly excellent service. Thank you again to the whole team—you made my visit a real treat!

My experience here was awful. The person talked so fast on the intercom I couldn’t hear him at all. Didn’t even get enough food that I paid for. I got a QUARTER of what I’m normally supposed to get based on other stores. Never got a receipt. The person handling the food had no gloves on and was handling the register. I had to remind them that I ordered a drink. Whoever manages this place clearly can’t even make sure ppl are being served correctly. The store is disgusting, inside and out. This place is a joke. Avoid this place unless you want food poisoning.

I always loved going to Popeyes for their fried chickens and fries. Quality of food is good, i think it’s better than KFC. Only thing i think they can improve is their menu. Over the year there has not been much change and they need serious relook at their menu. This is located right at the flatiron crossing and has ample parking. They have drive through as well.

my sister went there to get food for 4 ppl.$74. We got NO biscuits, 5 wings out of an 8 pc meal. No gravy on potatoes & the extra gravy was missing altogether. Red beans & rice had almost no rice and was like a bean soup! . The only thing they did right was the 6 PLAIN chicken sandwiches! $74, it’s like my sister just made a donation and they just gave her whatever they had “laying around”. We are from Arvada and are new to Broomfield. Neither I, nor anyone in our family will be spending our money there ever again!

This Popeyes is like going back to a toxic relationship: you go back again and again expecting different results, but instead they find new ways to disappoint you. I have ordered the wings twice from this establishment in particular, and they managed to get more sauce in the bag, then on the actual chicken. This nasty grease sprawled all over my seats, and now I have to get a detail because of it!

Amazingly bad. I ordered a Ghost Pepper sandwich and first they attempted to give me someone else’s order, then they ended up giving me the wrong sandwich. I called to tell them and no one answered the phone, it just hung up. They all looked like they were having a great time though.
