Order my kids their happy meals and they didnt give the nuggets in first box and didnt give fries in the second box. Didnt notice till we got to the house. I should have known not to go to this location. They always screwing up orders at this location.

Very sloppily made food. Half my burger missed the pattie and two large fries were only half filled. I ordered to get my food curb side and they forgot to bring it. When I went into the restaurant they said they forgot and had to find the order as parts of it were all over the front area. The food was cold at that point. Don’t offer curbside if you have no intention to bring the food out. I waited 20 minutes.

Terrible service. The orange juice was pure water, the food was cold, they didn’t give us straws or napkins, and the employees were more interested in chatting than attending to the customers.

There’s a specific manager that seems to have a habit of wasting time, complaining about a dasher waiting time, which we have no control over as it appears on the app. The snarky attitude is not something I’m there for, keep it to yourself. Also stop trying to hold the food while someone confirms the order. It’s strange.
Edit: Yeah this manager might be experiencing brain rot. This manager does not seem to understand that the wait timer is not determined by the dasher, then when asked about it she said “whatever,” she did not even attempt to ask a fellow customer service rep to look into the delivery, she just proceeded to talk to someone else on the side. Also, there seems to be a threat to “block” for no real reason besides the fact that she has no clue how dasher timer works. Extremely weird behavior

today I went to three different McDonald’s and purchased three different happy meals for my son who’s collecting the Minecraft toys our third one of the day was at All Saints Road. The young women who were attending us were very professional, and the service was quick. Do you want a coffee and offered to bring me fresh coffee? They were very pleasant. The food was fresh and hot and fast. My complain is about their manager. I own two businesses my husband owns a business as well. There is no reason for a manager to humiliate degrade and scream at their employees. This, in my opinion, if it were, my business would constitute harassment in the workplace and creating a hostile work environment. The young women who are working today or moving very quickly efficiently and professionally. their manager came in from the back she was doing her managerial duties. That’s fine. Began to scream so loudly disturbing customers as well. We were seated at the high tops in front of the soda machine close to the end of the restaurant and I felt like she was screaming in my ear. I can only imagine how her staff felt. I understand that at they’re very busy for lunch, especially at spring break. I assume there are lots of kids however there’s no reason to treat your employees this way especially they’re working quickly and once again I’ll reiterate, efficiently and professionally. They took care of everyone. Nobody was waiting to be attended too, they were just waiting for their food to be made, and she was screaming at them so terribly and their cameras you can check but if you want your business to produce great results treat your employees well.

I went now at night to dinner, I ordered my food to wait for her in my car, they took too long and I had to go in there, I always buy my food there, and I never check because they always put everything exactly as I asked, but this time when I leave McDonald’s towards my way to my house, I checked that I was missing a combo of what I had ordered and I do I go back to McDonald’s and go inside to claim the missing combo and the girl tells me that she didn’t understand Spanish, to which I told her that I could explain in Spanish that I could speak English and I noticed as if they were making fun of me then I told her I explained everything that I was missing a combo and the one who made the order, she said what I was lying and that I wanted to steal because she had given me everything to me to this they start as a big problem and that I was lying and I was lying and I A problem, maybe from the app and that I had told her a lot of things first, when in reality I never disrespected this, she gives me back, only a hamburger when she says that I hadn’t even paid for that, but she simply gave me two free burgers, to which I don’t understand that she says she was lying, but she still gave me two more hamburgers for free, anyway everything was that I had lied about when I’m actually still giving me another hamburger knowing that I’m missing a combo, she only gave me one more hamburger, I was still missing my potatoes my Nuggets and my drink so everything was a bad service, it was at approximately nine at night, and I didn’t see the name of the one who attended me, it only remains to say that bad attention and disrespect towards customers, because when she was talking to me, everyone was laughing because maybe it was a mockery for them!!

Pulled up to the drive thru at 819 and was told they were closed. The website says open 24 hours and I always have stopped at this location AFTER 8pm. and it’s closed ? Really? Sounds like lazy employees that don’t want to work. This McDonald’s has gone downhill significantly.
