Very nice atmosphere friendly service clean many beverage options the egg rolls were excellent my wife had the chicken quesadilla sandwich and I had the the lemon pepper sandwich with fries! Both were very good very reasonably priced they also have military discounts we will be back!

My family looks for good food places, but my son is most happy with the kids’ grilled cheese meal here. Also, I’m a fan of the fried pickles. Sadly, this food is all fried in soybean oil blend and is not organic or non gmo, but it’s more edible than most places. The service is faster and more pleasant here than most fast food restaurants. Decor is pleasing, and the restaurant is fairly clean. The pricing is a little steep compared to other places. Chicken is most expensive here.

Sat in drive through for right at 30 mins while employees sat at counter eating. Once we got our food the fries were cold and stale . I would have left if I had not already paid for food .

First time trying they don’t have this restaurant in Pennsylvania but I ordered the singlguar chicken sandwich had pickles on it was good and fries the drink was to sweet peach tea for me

I give 3 stars not because of the food. But because the drink fountain didn’t work. And no napkins. That was the first time I experienced something like that. The food was good no complaints on that. Just nothing to wipe my hot sauce off my hands with.

This is what I expected for a Zaxbys salad. Chicken is warmed, veggies are fresh, didn’t want the toast but I got it anyway and it looks like it should. Drive through moved pretty quickly today so I was happy with that. AND the lady at the drive through was very friendly. I noticed items taken off the menu, hopefully making room for new ones? Bottom line good job Zaxbys.

I have been interested in trying the Zaxby’s Asian Zensation Zalad for a while and it didn’t disappoint. Very fresh, very tasty. The citrus vinaigrette really went well with it. I plan to order it again very soon.

The first time I got my food, one tray was barely warm, the other was actively cold. The boneless wings were also absolutely tiny. They did remake it but both times the prep time was so short as to be certain nothing was being made fresh. The second time things were hot enough and the pieces were bigger too. Everything tasted good but too many problems to warrant a better rating
