So I don’t know if someone in the back of the kitchen thought it be funny not to follow my order. But give me a burrito full of rice, chips, cheese. But had no ground beef. That flaming burrito ain’t cheap. The place was slow so no reason my order wasn’t correct. Very disappointed.

The service is terrible. I placed two separate orders, and they told me to park at the front door. Then they brought me the order, but only gave me one of them, and it was missing something insignificant. I told the cashier that the entire second order was missing, and she told me to go to the drive-thru window. I showed her the receipt for the second order, and she said, “You’re only missing one item from the second order.” I insisted that the whole order was missing. Then she called the manager, who arrived with a bad attitude and asked me what was going on, looking at me like I was the one stealing something. I told her that the cheese was missing from the order, and she asked, “They didn’t give it to you?” incredulously. She made me go back around again to wait for the cheese, but in the end, I decided to leave without it. All I know is that they don’t provide good service. If they don’t like their job, they should quit.

Hair is on & in the buritto, came to this location before with no issues, but today im very disappointed hair is in my food. So grateful i didnt eat it without inspecting my food cause it could have been worse & i could have eaten it & fallen ill due to this neglience.

To begin with, Taco Bell company has great food. The people at this location are miserable and rude. Today, I went to get a water cup for my sister and the tall black skinny dude shook his head and said no. Not my fault you working at Taco Bell and you’re miserable. No one greeted us nor took the time out to attend to us…. Please walk light because I seen y’all fixing people food with no gloves on and some of y’all have no hairnets on. I will be calling OSHA!!!

POOR Service. Food on the box. I asked to have it wiped off and given a bag so as to not get food on my car seat. Still did not clean off all of the food. Mgr. reluctant to give me a plastic bag so that I can protect my car from food spillage. Did not recieve the mild sauce I wanted… just laughing employees acting as though I’m the problem. They seem its beneath them to offer standard service. Now it makes a lot of sense when I never see cars in the parking lot or drive thru.
