EXTREMELY disappointed. This has been my favorite pizza place in the valley. I spent a month commenting on posts to try and get Dave to show up. He finally comes, good score. Nice. Convinced my dad to finally go pick some up and his za is burnt to a crisp. I like a little char, but I can’t eat something that’s charred all the way through. Stiff as a board, and sadly, tasted like cardboard. Mostly inedible. My borderline food critic father no longer trusts my food opinion and will never return, and now I look like a fool.

Went to the place super excited after hearing about them. Waited about 30min which is completely reasonable for pizza, but after waiting 30min and already being very hungry the bottom half of our pizza was completely raw. The top half was cooked great and the flavors of the pizza were delicious! I’m just super disappointed about getting a half raw pizza for paying almost $30 dollars. We didn’t go back to ask for a refund because we had already waited and were extremely hungry. Didn’t want to deal with the hassle. I’m sure that their pizza is fully cooked almost always and I would have given this place beyond a 5 star if it weren’t for the bottom half of the pizza being raw.

We’d heard amazing things about this place, so we were excited to try it. But honestly I thought it was just ok. The cheese and pepperoni were good. But the margherita was literally just a cheese pizza they slapped some tomatoes and basil on top of. Idk if this is a New York pizza thing? It was weird. I got the vibe that the staff didn’t really care that much. Not a big deal but I just wasn’t impressed.

Came here after seeing Dave Portnoy’s review. For a lunch deal, Ordered the buffalo chicken and pepperoni slices with a fountain drink for $10. Its nice to order by the slice. The buffalo chicken was okay, but i would have preferred a side of ranch. It was not too hot (spicy), and the crust was burnt, not well crispy, but burnt. The pepperoni was perfect . I visited at 2:15 on a Friday and unfortunately every table was dirty. Looked like there had been a busy lunch rush and staff were busy elsewhere ATM. I would like to think I’ll be back, but probably not as it is out of the way for me personnally. As an added note, there is private seating area for groups and they do serve beer.

Waiting an hour for a calzone is crazy work. It was pretty good but not worth the wait. Love seeing 6 people working in a kitchen standing around doing nothing. I really don’t like giving bad reviews but damn this was mad disappointing and definitely deserves the bad review.

Chill place. Dine in or take out. Thin crust, yummy toppings. We ordered 4 18″ pizzas. We ate them all. We spent about 25 each pizza but 12 of us ate. Its 18.99 a 18″ cheese plus the toppings and each one is different price. Considering how many pizzas we got, the service was fast. The pizzas were hot and delicious.

I recently visited Lucy’s New York Style Pizza; unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The young girl working the register barely acknowledged us. She was quiet and unengaged, giving the impression that our presence was more inconvenient than anything else. There was no greeting, no smile—just a blank stare and a rushed transaction. It set a disappointing tone right from the start.

I had high hopes for the pizza based on its name, but those hopes were quickly dashed. When lifted, the pizza was overwhelmingly greasy, so it leaked grease onto the paper plate. Instead of being crisp or chewy like you’d expect from New York style, the crust was hard and dry throughout. Each bite was a chore—it was barely edible. The flavor wasn’t there even after blotting away some of the grease.

All in all, between the lackluster customer service and the poor quality of the food, I won’t be returning. There are too many better options in town to waste time or money here.

I highly recommend Lucy’s, this is my go to place in the area for quality and delicious pizza.
I’ve convinced many of my coworkers that this is the spot for takeout that everyone will enjoy, and now they are each believers (not one slice was left after our work lunch today!)

Shout-out on this specific visit specifically to Will and Noah doing the cooking, as well as Lindsay up front as the cashier. These folks definitely know how to take care of the customer, thank you!

Came here on a busy Friday night. They said the wait would be up to 40 minutes but it didn’t seem that long. Tried their wings with 2 different sauces. The honey garlic was way too salty but the sweet chili had good notes of sweetness and not at all spicy. They have good prices on their salads and daily specials. I tried the gluten free crust and it was very good. The crust held up the toppings & stayed crispy which doesn’t happen often with gf flour. I would come here again.

Got 2 slices, 4 bucks each, cheese and then sausage. Slices were huge (im a male at 235lbs) and left satisfied. My only gripe is that the tables were dirty and we had to ask them to be cleaned. Pizza was great and I will be back!
