Our server was Kim, she was amazing! The food was so hot and fresh and came out quicker than expected! Very attentive management. Can’t wait to go back and eat again, that triple dipper is already calling my name!!

After losing the Chili’s in my hometown. Haven’t been to one in awhile. But this one was definitely inviting and pleasent. With me traveling for work and being her for about a month I will probably eat here at least one more time before heading home. Definitely a nice Chili’s in my opinion.

WES IS THE BEST
We are in very frequently, and never disappointed. Sometimes are better than others, which is the nature of the game, but it’s never a bad experience. However, our most recent trip was what finally led me to review this location. We were served by a young man by the name of Wes, and how he treated us was completely outstanding. He was very attentive, speedy, polite, and friendly. We didn’t have to ask nor wait for a single item, we had no issues the whole meal, and he kept the table clean and our drinks refilled before we were out. I don’t believe my family has ever received such a high level of professional service from anyone at any restaurant before, and this exemplary service needs to be recognized and praised, hence my review. We look forward to our next delicious meal at this restaurant, and hope Wes continues to amaze costumers with his wonderful service. This location is doing Chilis right!

My fiancé and his family took me here for my first Chili’s experience and it was awesome!
The staff here are all super friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with our orders. The menu was extensive so you definitely have a lot of options to choose from!
I got a Strawberry Lemonade to drink and it was in a nice pint! It was tangy and refreshing. For an appetizer, I got one of my faves: a small Potato Bacon soup. It had green onions, bacon bits and extra shredded cheese on top. It came nice and hot and was absolutely DELICIOUS!
For my main, I went for their Chicken Crispers. I had mine glazed in their Honey Chipotle sauce, and had Honey mustard and ranch as dipping sauces. It also came with fries. It was tender and yummy! The sauce flavours complimented each other well.
We got their chips & salsa for the table, and my fiancé also their Chicken Crispers. He got them plain with Mac ‘N’ Cheese as an extra side alongside his fries. He loved his as well! I sneaked a bit of the mac and it was luscious.

First time eating here was a great experience. It’s been so long, I don’t really remember what my husband and I ordered, just that it was phenomenal. Ate at this exact location again today. Food was really good, we got the fajitas this time, and the fried mozzarella as am appetizer. That fried mozzarella is the best! The cheese pull alone makes your mouth water. The fajitas were good, though it’d be unfair to compare them to a Mexican restaurant. My husband added the Jalapeño sausage to his and we both loved it – the shrimp, however, left much to be desired. I asked for some white queso and it was pretty good, as well. They give you about 5 tortillas. These would typically come with an order of black beans, but I opted for extra rice and my husband just took it out completely. Both times we’ve visited our waiters have been very nice and attentive! We prefer this location to the other in Lexington, hands down!

Emrika was one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time, in regards to any sit down restaurant. Keeping our drinks full and checking in on us as frequent as possible, and not just our table, including the 10 top and other tables surrounding, she handled it perfectly. During the 2026 ice storm Chili’s was about the only place open. They were extremely short staffed and this location’s manger (Reagan) was AMAZING. She had the all restaurant laughing, and happy. I think she was waiting tables, cooking, and a bartender all at the same time. Give that young woman a RAISE!!!

I been there a few times, had a ok time with friends and family, today I went with my daughters 4and 3. The server Jackson was awesome, very attentive, spoke with my girls about what they wanted and even interacted with them about their toys. If servers could be like him at any place I go to eat I would tip the way I tipped him today. He definitely earns his keep. Will definitely return and definitely want him as my server every time
