I never buy grocery items here but gave it a chance, I bought cottage cheese and no sugar ice cream. I was actually surprised in difference of taste of their products because the cottage cheese was creamy and just tasted fresher than what I get from Walmart and the ice cream was great. I will be happy to try them again soon.

This was my first time ever coming to this ice cream establishment. I didn’t know what to expect for my first time but I found it to be comparable to your average Freddy’s but with a more retro feel. The fries were different from any I have ever tasted and they weren’t bad, but they certainly weren’t my favorite. The ice cream was good, but I love anything sweet. I would give five stars however the employee on register was not overly welcoming nor did she increase the value of my stay. I understand this is not an important aspect for some however I find the behavior of employees often make or break my visits, this was not a visit that made me feel like I needed to come back just based off of that. Additionally they had forgotten about one of the items I had ordered which I can look past. If I ever return to the area I may decide to come here again however I would not make it a priority.

Been coming to this location for four years… that is until what I experienced yesterday. Pulled up the drive through around 9:30 pm, no cars in the drive thru and no cars in the parking lot. Was asked to wait just a second before they took my order. Cool, no big deal. About 8 minutes passed with me sitting there with my window down in 30 degree weather. I calmly asked if there was anyone there as it had been silent the entire time. After a few more minutes of nagging and saying “hello?” An operator came on and said “yeah I’ve been here the whole time man we’re super busy just wait”. Needless to say I left and plan to never ever return. Never been spoken to and/or lied to like that. Horrible experience and the food here is never as good as the other location.

First time going there, had a couple questions. They answered all of them politely and were very friendly. As well as making sure if I had any allergies that I didn’t have anything to cause an allergic reaction. My sundae was delicious and looked amazing. Overall great experience, and would go again.

The managers (Will and Cami) actually have a personality and care about their customers. Food is ALWAYS made fresh and the restaurant is immaculate compared to the other Braum’s in town!!

Very disappointed, almost every table had food scraps from previous eaters. They make these things called brooms which need to be used regularly on the floor. Had never been in this location before today.
