I absolutely love this bowl spot—it’s easily the best in the Tampa area! My fiancé and I discovered it a couple of years ago, and we always make a point to stop whenever we’re in town. The food is fantastic, as always, and the service goes above and beyond. One of the owners even took the time to chat with us while we ordered—and literally ran after us with smoothies to try, which were refreshing and tasty! The customizable bowls are perfectly curated, with options for everyone. They offer vegan choices like tofu and falafel, and nothing is cooked with butter, making it easy to enjoy for someone with a dairy allergy. I really hope they expand (come to Port St. Lucie, FL, please!!). You can tell this business is truly loved, and we’re proud to support such a wonderful family-run business.

We requested Harvest Bowl for a catered lunch in our clinic and we were so pleased! Not only did they provide HUGE portions but everything was so fresh and delicious. We had a wrap platter with half turkey Swiss wraps and half of the chicken caesar wraps and that was so good. We also ordered a family style make your own bowl with– brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes, and salmon-perfection! We also had a tray of cookies- small cookies. Everything was so amazing. We just learned about this place from another clinic who orders from them as welll but it will be added on the new rotation- that’s for sure! Catering manager was very sweet and informative!

Their breakfast croissant sandwiches are so big, made fresh, and perfectly hit the spot every time. Bowls are fresh and I have yet to make a combo I didn’t enjoy. Fresh juices are pressed in house. Nice atmosphere to relax or perfect to grab something to go.

Awesome place. I was traveling in area and searched healthy restaurants. Upon entering I knew this was a hidden gem. I had the Steak bowl and my wife had the Med Mezzi bowl. Wow so much flavor. 5 Stars a must stop.

Came here for the first time and had a great experience. I had the chicken caesar wrap from the salad/wrap station and it was reasonably priced and a good portion size. They have so many options for food and drinks here such as brunch, açaí bowls, and smoothies. Would definitely come back to try some of their other options!

Let me first say that I usually visit this place at least twice a week. I am a long time loyal customer, so much so that my friends joke that I’m solely keeping them in business. I have loved having a local, small-business healthier bowl place in Seminole Heights.
Lately, however, I’ve been so disappointed that I may not frequent.
They recently updated the menu by removing a few bowl options, including the Harvest Moon that I loved. I was told it was a seasonal change, which I know to be untrue as that bowl has been on the menu full-time for the three years I’ve patronized this place. While that was a bummer, I figured that’s just what happens sometimes, no biggie.
So I got another bowl that is my number 1 go-to: the BBQ shack. They must’ve also changed ingredients or cooking procedures at the same time because the chicken lacked flavor and moistness… and it has unfortunately been like that for the last 4 times I re-tried. Not only the chicken has been upsetting, but in each of these times I attempted to give another chance, the rice, black beans, or sweet potatoes were severely undercooked, sometimes multiple of those items at once. Today my rice was so crunchy that I couldn’t even finish my meal. It seems the effort has been lazy and lacking the flavor I used to love from this place. Especially for $18+ bowls….thats a lot of money for poor quality.
Please go back to how things were….and bring Harvest Moon back! Until then, I’m sorry to say I may not be a regular anymore.

The food was good and so as drink I got. It was a little pricey, but the quality and freshness of the food was good enough.
The place looked well organized and clean.
My only problem with food was the size of ingredients. I wish that the meats and veggies were cut into smaller sizes so I could enjoy all the ingredients together.

The food is very good. Excellent flavor. The energy is amazing too. You can feel the positive vibes from the staff and cooks. I believe this food is cooked with love. Both nourishing and delicious.
