This place is so extremely clean!!!!!! The food is fantastic you can tell they care about their service. They’re fast. And kind!!!!!! I’m not even kidding the kids area is the cleaning I’ve ever seen. The amount of food you get for the price is unreal. 1000/10 recommend

Staff was very helpful! I brought five crazy cousins here by myself to run off some steam and have lunch. Food was ready quickly, and the front counter even brought it to me in the playplace so I didn’t have to juggle trays and kids. Thanks!

I usually go out of my way to go to this Carl’s Jr. The woman that normally handles the drive thru at night is amazing. We showed up last night at 8:45 p.m. all the lights were still on, and there were 2 cars in the drive thru. It was my son’s birthday, and all he wanted to do was see a movie. The movie let out a little later than expected, so we thought Carl’s would be perfect. We drive up to the box, the recording plays, and it’s dead air… I wait 2 minutes and say “Hello?” No response. No welcome nothing…. I check Google it says the store is closing at 9 p.m. the first car in front gets their food and pulls out, the next car pulls up to the window… still no response to the speaker. I’m yelling trying to get anyone yo answer but I am met with nothing but silence… at around 8:55 the lights to the play yard get turned off… my husband tries calling the number provided on the website and he just got a busy signal. Finally at 9 p.m. a girl says something to me over the speaker, something I can’t understand. I say “can I get some chicken sandwiches?” She says “No, I’m sorry We’re Closed!” She let me sit there and run out the clock because it was a holiday and she didn’t want to deal with me… I said “what do you mean you’re closed? You let me sit here while you ran out the clock?” She said “we closed at 8:50.” I said “all the signs say 9pm” she said “no, 8:50” I said “then why do all the signs say 9pm?” She said “I don’t know. Bye.” I work at a very busy Cafe, I understand not wanting to deal with the public, especially on a holiday, but if we close at 7, my boss doesn’t let our grill get turned off until 7. That means if someone walks in at 6:59, we are still open.

Don’t worry though, we ended up going to McDonalds. They stayed open, and when I told them it was my son’s birthday and that Carl’s Jr. Closed at 8:50, not only did they get my 7 year old a chicken sandwich, but they threw in a toy as well. Maybe Carl’s isn’t our go to place anymore… maybe we need to start going back to McDonalds.

I recently visited the Carl’s Jr. in Spanish Fork and had an outstanding experience. The freshness of the fries and burger was immediately noticeable. The fries were crisp and perfectly seasoned, with a delightful golden hue. The burger, too, was incredibly fresh and well-prepared, with a juicy patty and crisp vegetables that made every bite satisfying.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was equally impressive. The dining area was spotless, and the tables were consistently clean, which made the overall atmosphere very pleasant.
A special mention must go to Erika, who provided exceptional service during my visit. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Her friendly demeanor and efficient service truly enhanced our dining experience.
Everyone at the restaurant was welcoming and professional, creating a warm and inviting environment. Based on this excellent visit, I’m definitely planning to return and will be recommending this Carl’s Jr. location to my friends.

They have an epic play place. Like 3 levels and gigantic. Also they have a lot of seating. Great, friendly service. It’s fast food. Nothing gourmet or spectacular. Prices have gone up since we came. It is like $8 for a western bacon cheeseburger.

Carl’s does burgers right when I’m short on time. The Western Bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and BBQ sauce is smoky-bacon bliss—crispy rings baked in, not soggy. Fries stay hot and seasoned just enough. Chicken tenders are juicy, better than most fast spots, with that honey mustard dip. Drive-thru app orders skip the line, pickup smooth. Staff’s friendly, even tossing extra ketchup packets. Affordable and satisfying—pairs great with a chocolate shake for dessert. Quick stop that doesn’t skimp on flavor; my road trip essential.

All these fries and NO sauce!!! The good old days!!! I remember when you could go into Carl’s and walk over and grab a sauce cup and pump out as much fry sauce as you wanted with your meal! We placed an order tonight and asked for fry sauce. The employee said it would be .35 cents per container. We asked if our fries came with at least one. He said no. I like to put fry sauce on my burger too. My family of 6 we wanted at least 10. $3.50 to get sauce with your fries! I guess we can go home and make fry sauce. I do have to say the chicken strips were really good, OH NO, I like like to dip them in fry sauce too!!!

This location is so hit or miss over the past couple years. Sometimes they are fast and get everything correct. Other times they are slow as tar, forget things, and lie about the order. BUT, the employees ALWAYS forget the sauce, even if you ask multiple times. They will always straight up lie and say they added it, but they never check.
