We had a fantastic experience at Juicy Seafood celebrating a very special birthday with a group of 30 people — and everything was absolutely seamless from start to finish.
Precious and Brie were exceptional. They were organized, efficient, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Managing a group that size is no small task, but they handled it with professionalism and warmth, going above and beyond to make the evening feel special and effortless.
Kudos to the kitchen as well — the food was fantastic! Everything came out timely, hot, and delicious, which is impressive for such a large party.
We are truly impressed by how smoothly our entire group was taken care of and so appreciative of the whole team. It made the celebration memorable in the best way.

This place had the best seafood boil ever. The Cajun seasoning was perfectly spicy and not too much.
We got scallops, shrimp and crab legs with potatoes and corn.
It was super filling and a perfect protein meal for the night

I recently visited Juicy Seafood on East 86th Street in Indianapolis and had a very disappointing experience.
I ordered a “build your own” seafood bag and it was terrible. There was basically no flavor at all, just clumps of seasoning sitting at the bottom of the bag instead of being mixed throughout the food.
To make things worse, the waiter mixed up my order with my friend’s. I specifically asked for hot seasoning, but my bag came out mild. When I told the server about the mistake, instead of correcting the order they brought me a small side of sauce. I later realized I was charged extra for that sauce, even though the mistake was on their end and I never asked for anything additional.
Another issue was the pricing. The menu listed 2 eggs for $2.99, but when I got my receipt it showed $3.50 plus tax. That may not seem like a huge difference, but it’s still not what was advertised on the menu.
Customers should also be careful with the drinks. There are no prices listed for drinks on the menu, which is already a red flag. The drinks themselves tasted watered down, and without prices listed it feels like you’re left guessing what you’ll be charged.
Between the bland seafood, the order mix-up, being charged extra for something I shouldn’t have needed, the price difference on the eggs, and unclear drink pricing, the overall experience was very disappointing. I would strongly recommend that anyone dining here double check their order and their bill.

Loved this place! Erick, my server was amazing. He made sure I received the best possible first experience. Never before have I wore gloves to eat. Eat here and you will find out why quickly! I wish I lived closer as I would make this place a regular visit. Enjoyed the whole experience! Thank you!

Very upset with our most recent visit. We come about 4 times a year and have always loved this location specifically. My family attends for a birthday dinner at least once a year, but we still go often even without it being a celebration. Visited on 1/18 for my mother’s birthday, we barely got any sauce in our Mr Captains, and they also refused to give my mom a dessert for her birthday. They wanted to see her ID to verify it was her actual birthday? Insane, never heard of that. She didn’t have it on her that day unfortunately. Instead of singing her happy birthday and bringing a slice of cheesecake like they’ve done every other year we’ve came, they offered a 10% discount. We left with a $146 bill, no cute sign with a happy birthday song, no cheesecake and no 10% off discount. Paid our bill and still tipped but do not recommend this location at all anymore. She still got her birthday cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory, but highly disappointed with the service and the quality. The server barely came to our table, and wasn’t very nice which shocked me because we LOVE this location. For the amount you pay, you don’t get your moneys worth and the service doesn’t make it any better. We will not be back after visiting this location at least 4 times a year since 2022 Anyone have any other great suggestions for seafood spots please let me know.

This place is a no brainer..the seafood is amazing and our waiter was amazing. I’ve been here 2x’s and it’s been a top notch experience each time. The 3 of us spent $200 & it was well worth it! We will go back!

Have not been to juicy in about a year. So just wanted to stop by and give it another shot. The staff was helpful and kind. Nevertheless I am disappointed with the snow and King crab legs. For the money you pay. You should receive either the medium or large snow. The King snow was also small. Reminded me of the Alaskan king Inwhich is the smaller version. Overall: juicy is just too pricey for the amount of food you receive.
