Made an order at 12/14/26 around 8:55 I was told that they would be closing soon and that I only had 3 minutes to make an order. I paid $10 and some change for my order got my food and it was barely chicken in the tacos and barely any chips. I understand that you’re about to close but I paid for my food that’s was not worth $10. Idk I feel like that’s petty.

I went yesterday to try this place for the first time, and I have to say it far exceeded my expectations. The place is incredibly clean, and the staff was unbeatable—friendly, polite, and very attentive. I tried the beef bowl combo, and I have to say it was delicious, a 100 /10, and the nachos with a side of cheese were simply spectacular. I will definitely be back and will make this location (Millennia) my favorite forever. I recommend the beef bowl, which includes all the toppings and a great salsa.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. Was willing to explain the different menu items to assure that we got exactly what we wanted. The food was quick to the table and was exactly as we ordered it. The quality and level of deliciousness was standard for any tea water flats, which is of course high. Omg we got the saturday “2 for $20” special and there was so much food! Chips were fresh and warm and there was a big container of queso. Served super fast. 100% worth it!

First sign something’s off: no bumper stickers all around the counter. Everything was off. The quesadilla came with the toppings on the side instead of inside like usual, it was just cold shredded cheese inside. The queso tasted very off from the classic taste. The chips were stale. Only reason it’s getting that high of a review is the service was great, the staff was great and addressed some issues but it still didn’t fix that the queso, which is normally liquid gold, was tragically lacking. Maybe the bumper stickers are necessary.

I was excited to visit this Tijuana Flats after the reopening, but my order was made incorrectly twice. Several ingredients I asked for were missing the first time, and when they remade it, it still wasn’t right. One of the issues was that the jalapeños, which I asked for on the side, were put inside the burrito both times.
When I mentioned that repeated mistakes like that could be a problem for someone with allergies, the response I got felt pretty dismissive. Not trying to complain, but I do think it’s something the team should be aware of, especially with the location just reopening. I’d really like to keep coming back.

Order was ready on time and correct. The chips were stale and disgusting. The shrimp bowl was ok but didn’t taste fresh. The chicken taco was pretty flavorless. My second and last time I’ll be going to a Tijuana Flats.
