10/10 highly recommended! The food was so good! I’m gluten free and had the GF bun. It was so soft and so good! You order on a kiosk when you first walk in and that was nice and easy! Everybody is so nice and it was so clean! Portions are huge (my husband and I could have shared a fry there were so many) Fast and amazing service!
The only thing is they don’t do combos everything is separate. But still worth the money!

This burger was absolutely delicious! My mom always says that a restaurant’s cleanliness can tell you a lot about it, and I have to agree. The restroom was spotless, and the health department has given them a score of 99%.

Quick service and good food. Ordered the classic shake shack hamburger double patty with fries and onion rings as a side. The hamburger was EXCELLENT (think smash burger patty). Only downside was the fries and onion rings. Fries were bland as were the onion rings, taste like they came out of a freezer burned bag. Service was fast and friendly. I would go back, but would order a different side.

First time eating here. Since I don’t eat beef yall asking why did you go here. Simple I wanted to try there chicken sandwich. The sandwich wasn’t bad the fries hot crispy can’t complain. The lemonade……….uea it needed some more sugar or honey. I felt like it tasted like lemon water but watered down. Strange but true. However I will come back and try their shakes. I’m just saying if you want a good burger come here. The burger definitely smelt good.

My food was excellent! Got the Smoke Shack upgraded with pickles and grilled onions, fries with a side of cheese and a side of shake sauce. I was in heaven! The service was pretty good; order on the kiosk, seat yourself, they bring your order to the table. The main area was clean but the bathroom could’ve used some attention.

The burgers are as solid as always, nothing different there. The restaurant is a little bit bigger than most and it is well located in this beautiful open mall. Very convenient. And the service provided by the girls were great!

The burger and chicken sandwich were delicious! We were not impressed with the fries or shakes. They just seemed average. You had to Check yourself out on a computer and the line was crazy long. We had to clean our own table. The prices were pretty expensive for a burger joint. But we did enjoy our lunch with the family!

The food was good. If you get the Shack Attack chocolate concrete you better like chocolate. It is very very rich. I liked it so much that I forgot to take a picture of it. The fries are very good. I think it is the way they do the crinkles that makes them unique.

When you come into the store for the first time don’t be surprised if you don’t get a greeting from a person. You place your order on a computer screen and pay with a card-reader. They will text you when your order is ready. Both times they notified me that the food was ready it was a false alarm and I had to stand waiting for a few minutes. It was no big deal but the whole thing is very impersonal. Some people like that so it is what it is. I2024 update. The ordering system is still confusing. Its all overrated now.
