We placed a TO GO order 3:17 and requested pickup time to be 4:00 PM.. we got to the restaurant and pulled into the spot at 3:55 and let them know we were there. They transferred me to the TO GO area and I was on hold for 8 minutes and nobody answered the phone. I hung up and called back and they transferred me again! This time my hold was 5 minutes so I hung up again and called and asked to speak to a manager. They put me on hold again and finally the waitress came out to verify my name and told me the cost. Gave her my gift card and she brought our order out! Our food was cold!!!! NOTHING like getting food 20 minutes after they told you that your food was ready! Very dissatisfied with the service today.
