I love this Penn Station! I come here a few times for simple things like cookies, or I pick up food for my mom. The employees are super kind! It says my cashier was Amanda on my receipt, and her and the crew were amazing. Thank you Amanda and the team for consistent great service and good food!!!

Nice sandwich chain overall. Bread is always good texture and holds up well with a perfect toasted crunch. Ingredients and flavor profile overall is good. Fries were very limp and greasy. Total experience for a cheesesteak and fries was okay.

I love their food. My sub (chicken yerriyaki) and fries were hot and fresh. But it seemed to be lacking in chicken! Everything has gone up, and we are getting less for our money. It’s everywhere. Delicious though.

I ordered to pickup my order on DoorDash. I arrived 20 minutes later and they told me they had accidentally given my order to someone else picking up an order. I heard one girl ask the other if there had been another order with the name Jordan and they said no. Later they tried to tell me my order had been stolen and then after that they said they had given it to someone picking up with the same name as mine. Then Justin was rude in his communication to me that it would be another 20 minutes for my order because they were going to have to remake it. When I got home I saw they had given me the sub I ordered but the 2nd sub I ordered for my mom which was a large cheesesteak was not in the bag, instead there was a small sub with just chicken and cheese on it. I called the store and talked to Jessica and Sierra and whoever was the second one I talked to was rude and also told me there’s nothing they can do and to contact DoorDash. Very bad customer service

Not the greatest location I’ve been to. The food was long in coming and the servers were not warm or welcoming. The tables were so sticky you couldn’t move anything once you set it down.

I ordered through UberEATS a snack cheese steak , small fries and a cookie. The cookie was the only thing that wasn’t good. The Fries were overcooked, stale and it more mustard on my sandwich than meat, cheese and mushrooms. Will not be ordering again especially through UberEATS.

I love Penn station, but this location at the end of the night is horrible. I order a 12′ chicken teriyaki no onion no mushrooms and ended up getting a 12-inch chicken teriyaki soaked loaf of bread. Then try to make it out as if I’m tripping cause I ask for it remade. But settle for just some fresh bread so I didn’t have to wait another 15 ta 20 minutes. If I could have given 0 stars I would have due to the service of this location. And the fact they basically Made me feel as if they was calling me a lair.
