The interior design was notably nice and we found the staff to be friendly, which is always appreciated. However, the service execution was where we encountered issues. Despite the friendly demeanor, the service was unfortunately slow and chaotic. Our orders, both drinks and food, were forgotten about. Our table was also approached with the wrong food on several occasions, indicating a significant lack of organization in the delivery process. Red Robin has been a reliable spot for a casual meal. However, the food quality at this specific location was disappointing. While the chain typically offers a great experience, this particular location needs to address its operational efficiency and food preparation standards to meet those expectations.

Excellent service and love the care they take with food allergies. I had a burger with a gluten-free bun (The Mad Love) and it was really great!
Also one of the few places where I can get fries! Most places dont have a separate fryer for gluten allergies.

Food wasn’t the problem it was the service I don’t normally complain about food places but my wife and child was with me young waitress showed us not but racism. They were slow but some how it still took for ever for our waitress to greet us and ask if we want something to drink. Nothing for the first 5 or 10 mins 15 mins later we walked out. Great place if you appreciate good quality burgers. This place is located in the Harford Mall with entrances from the exterior and the interior of the mall. The place was clean and spacious. The server was very nice, and the food came pretty quickly. All the food we ordered was very good. I ordered a double burger, which was very good. The prices are pretty competitive for this type of restaurant. The restrooms were also pretty clean.

There $10 burger, drink and fries deal right now is worth the price for sure. Especially compared to other fast food options at that price(even when you take tip into effect).
My daughter loves the endless broccoli and Mac and cheese option in the kids menu.

I rightfully hesitated trying this place till the other day my 5 year old boy wanted to check it out so unfortunately we did. I’ve never heard of a restaurant going disguised as Burger King, but I found one. How disgusting to have to pay $17-20 for a horrible quality Burger King Burger . I took 2 bites and found I was chewing bits of bone & cartilage in the ground beef ! Better off with Burger King. My son wanted the Mac & cheese, it had a very strange orange color and the consistency wasn’t creamy…it was watery and pasta was mushy. Not sure why Red Robin hasn’t gone out of business by now especially the Harford mall is a ghost town. The week before I tried AppleBees and had their grilled cheese Burger…it was excellent, beef was good quality rosey pink center juicy and tender.
Whatever you do don’t go to Red Robin, for the same price go to Outbacks across the street.

Kristi took great care of us today. We ordered the Bleu ribbon burger and the avo-cobb salad. Burger was delicious. The thick steak fries were perfect and we got the campfire sauce along with the tavern sauce, both excellent. The salad had everything you could want and was flavorful and healthy. Definitely a wonderful visit.

Went for the first time in probably 10 years, last time my daughter’s phone was stolen by the Dinning room attendant while clearing a table and the management thought it was funny. We’ll after this visit I remember why, the burger me an my wife had was mediocre at best for a burger place and the night and day after we were both sick. They were busy but server was on top of it, inky thing we couldn’t figure out is our son ordered a sandwich and it took 10 minutes longer to make than the 4 burger and chicken sandwich did, sadly we will not be back.

The food is always good at this location. They seem a little short on staff, but that is certainly understandable due to the fact that Harford Mall is in decline. IMO, they cant afford to have more staff due to lower traffic. The upside is that you rarely have to wait to be seated.
I really hope that they will be able to survive in spite of reduced traffic at Harford Mall.
