Over all experience at this location 1 star
several staff was very rude, our waitress was not polite, disregarded any concerns, seen a spill and didn’t show any concern, was glad a gentleman working helped.
the food was a bit disappointing, chicken was dry for the sandwich (no the salad didn’t come on the same plate I moved it to save room) and the C.B.R quesadillas had maybe 6 pieces of chicken in the whole thing, the wings was supposed to have sauce on the side, unfortunately that didn’t happen but the wings over all were good.
The good points of the visit, dining room was clean, and the lady from the kitchen, the man who helped bring napkins, and the manager seem to be the only people who actually cared there and don’t treat people who walk in the door like trash so thank you for those people unfortunately for the rest of the visit it was an extremely distasteful and disappointing experience.

We came in when it was really busy. Friday evening. I was super impressed with our waitress. (Idk her name but she had glasses n dirty blond hair. Cute lil bottle earrings)
Her attention to detail and keeping up with not only our table but her others as well.

The manager was pretty rude to our large group…stated we needed to call an hour before showing up…which we did..
Still made us wait…like 45 minutes to be seated, while placing new customers in some of the tables we could have been seated at. We had a very sweet, young waitress that went above and beyond to serve us…she was highly praised and tipped..
Then the manage came out to thank us…seriously?? I’m not sure that I want to go back to this restaurant. The manager needs to learn some politeness skills.

We seldom eat at chain restaurants, but Chili’s has earned our repeat business. I find this location exceptionally friendly and well ran. My go to is the Old Timer with Cheese, and this was an oustanding burger. Fries were on point. Although I’m not sure anything pushes it into a 5 star range, I think it’s a solid 4 and we are repeat customers for a reason.

We LOVED Chili’s Grill & Bar! The food was SO good! The chicken tenders were the perfect crispiness, and their mac and cheese was scrumptious! Everything we had was great. They have TVs around with different games on as well. The staff was great too! I definitely recommend stopping in!

Our visit was terrific, starting with a hostess who was busy wiping off menus, holding the door open for customers as they leave, calling busers to bus tables, and greeting customers and taking seating requests. We spoke to the m

The Traveling Man
My first time at this particular Chili’s. The food was ok that was it. Service was definitely lacking. The young teens in the bar area sitting by me acting a fool was not fun to listen to. After a long day that was the last thing I wanted to hear. Not sure why they were seated in the bar area considering they are underage. Next time I will go somewhere else.

Went in on 9/21/25. Received drinks in a timely manner. We were sat for OVER AN HOUR before we got our food!! We never complained or anything. Our server came to us to check in a couple times. Each time her eyes were red and wet, it was obvious she had been crying. Seems like they were short staffed and the servers/customers had to deal with it! Very embarrassing for the manager of this location. Do better!

We ordered the fajitas. They were served with a small portion of rice and beans, shredded cheese pico de gio, and sour cream. It was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought it was a bit pricey but the portions were large.

Really good burgers and fries. The ‘3 for me’ menu seems to be a really good value. I loved the cup of loaded potato soup. The service was really good. The experience would be even better if they spent a little more time ensuring the food delivered to the table matched the order.
