Was in town visiting family and we don’t have Krispy Kreme where I live. The donuts were great and the staff was very friendly. The lady did appear to be overworked running drive thru and walk ins. She was doing her best and stayed communicating the entire time. We even got a free dozen glazed due a promo while we were there. We always stop by when we are in town.

First time coming here. Ordered on the app before I got off work. Get here to pick it up and they don’t have my order and tell me to substitute something as they didn’t make the specific donuts I ordered and didn’t mark it as unavailable. Then I’m trapped in the drive thru for 10 minutes and then told to park and wait another 10 minutes for a refund. Definitely won’t waste my time here again.

I would have to say that the Krispy Kreme of Florence Alabama gets a zero. I’ve been by the store four times over two months. And have never caught the New York cheesecake on sale.. I question whether or not they actually do carry them they said they had them earlier in the week but when they sell out, they don’t restock. I don’t know how they can say. They actually carry them if that’s the case.. They’re actually higher in price than some of the others looks like they would keep some on stock at all times, but that’s not the case at the Florence Alabama store.

At Halloween, they only had a couple of the doughnuts for the seasonal box and had to add some regular ones to complete a dozen. I stop by tonight to get a Christmas box to take to work tomorrow and at the drive through they act like they don’t know what I am talking about when I ask for a Christmas dozen. So I offer to take a pic of it on the menu board and drive around. When I show her the pic, she tells me they don’t have enough of those and management only wants them to sell 6 at a time. Why even have these seasonal ones in a commercial if they are never available?

Nowhere close to enough filling in the donuts at this location. They barely put a little speck of it right in the center of the donut. It shouldn’t take 4 bites to get to the filling. Dunkin sure doesn’t have that problem! If it wasn’t for the new oreo donut, Dunkin would have gotten my business!

Stopped by for the first time and when I walked in the door a strong smell of burned grease hit me in the face. The employees were nice and the store looked clean. I have app and got a free box of glaze for my b-day which is nice cause most places will only give you one donut not a whole box
