I had the BEST customer service experience this week at this location. I’m mad I didn’t get this amazing lady name this night. She’s is a mama bear and ball of energy, we couldn’t get enough of her. She will be the reason we come back again again to this location. She need a raise because she definitely works hard for your franchise! Next time I’m getting her name because she deserves the recognition!!

I literally received the best service from Janet today. I placed an order online and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. Janet helped me cancel and redo my order in less than three minutes, which was a lifesaver since I was on my lunch break. Excellent customer service and excellent portions!

Time :noon. I really like chipotle and go to there almost everyday in different locations because of my job, and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. I should probably give this location another try to confirm but this was awesome so it deserves a review. White rice fluffy and cooked right cooked, jalapeños in pico and corn is not over the top like in most places. The rest of the food is cooked perfectly, people were nice, place is clean. CHIPOTLE DO THIS MORE! thanks !

When I was ordering, I mentioned to them that their white rice was not cooked all the way. He gave me some to try and sure enough it was not. The rice was crunchy. I let him know that it was not cooked and “he shrugged it off” and asked if there was anything else I wanted. I was going to order but decided not to after not seeing the intent to change it. I would advise to double check before ordering.

I have my family over this location, in fact I am at the table while they eat right now and I just lost my appetite.
We were ordering three plates and so far everything was ok. I went to order my plate, the associate was throwing the food in the bowl. I kindly asked that she would make it similar to the other three ones, which she declined, she threw a few pieces of chicken in the bowl saying that if I wanted more she would now double charge me for it. I said that all the other ones had clearly more food in it and she ignored me and asked for the next client. I went to the cashier and before even listening to what I said, she said that the associate who made my plate was the manager and if she said I was being charged double I would have to pay double. In a VERY stupid manner. I started shaking because I really didn’t do anything to be treated like that. I told her to cancel this 4th plate because I am not even eating any more at this point. I asked the cashier the name for the manager and she said here at chipotle they don’t say names. I asked again the lady that was supposedly the manager and she only said Seiki, if I did understand it right. And the one that said they cannot say any names, the most rude, her name is on the receipt of course, Jahnisha.
Clearly there is no customer service at this location. The manager never said anything else and I am still here writing this experience after my family finished eating and I am trying to calm down. I really didn’t expect this stop to eat to be like this. I work with clients every day and I am held accountable for every client experience I provide. This is unacceptable. If a person is hired to work with people, the least that I expect, as a client, is that they have people skills. I talked to 2 out of 3 of the associates present and 2 of them don’t have it. You should train your employees better.

I want to share my experience with this location. I want to applaud Janet. She is such a pleasure to interact with. She makes customers smile, laugh and makes you feel so welcomed, goes up and beyond. I love coming to this location. Food is always great and definitely a place to hangout. Chipotle you did great having her there!! The whole staff is amazing as well!
