I did a mobile Order on the app and I totally made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing
I went in and explained, and they were very kind and took good care of me.

I never eat Burger King- off a whim I was just feeling it today and man, it was a 5 star restaurant experience in a fast food chain. It was so clean and nice. The atmosphere was chill. The whole staff working on 12/19 deserve a raise . They were fun to interact with, gave my full grown adult self a crown, and although super busy were incredibly attentive !

Waited inside for over 30 minutes. Had couple people get refund ahead of us and leave. I went to get refund after 40 minutes of waiting , meanwhile drive thru was going no problem. Manager was mad I wanted refund and said her manger makes them focus on drive thru times and not inside customers. I will not go there again.

One of the best Burger King’s I have ever been to! And, I have been there many times. This restaurant is consistently good with friendly and professional employees. They go above and beyond if you request something special.

I really wish I could rate this Burger King higher – but I can’t. I really like the Whopper, and if it’s fresh I think it’s one of the best fast food burgers you can get. The problem is, especially with this restaurant, that this food is constantly prepared before time. Every time you come through the drive through, or I’m sure when you walk in and order, the food is ready and sitting for you. Nothing is super hot, and it’s not super fresh. Also, the sides are always over salted to the point that they’re almost past the point of wanting to consume them. The soda fountain needs changed or readjusted because it’s super watered down, and half the time the tea is the same way. I just want a freshly cooked meal, I’d gladly wait for it. It’s nice to roll in and roll out, but I’d rather have better food quality.

The lady that took my order was absolutely rude and refused to fix her mistake which was give me a Dr Pepper. I didn’t ask for a Coke. She said I had to get off my butt walk around come inside the building and she would fix it then but she was not allowed to take my drink through the window! Mind blowing

I am rating very high because the people were nice and food was perfect!! I absolutely do not think this was done on purpose!! I took a friend to this shawnee location (my first time) and this dime was in her frozen coke! We were shocked! We had already made it back home and she wasn’t super upset, we just wanted y’all to be aware!! We will definitely be back!

i ordered a 12 piece mozzarella stick with a diet coke, diet coke was fine but my 12 mozzarella stick tasted weird i got home and was looking around the box, instead of mozzarella sticks i got chicken fries. not at all what i wanted
