This was our first time visiting Seoul Prime and I have to say the experience was amazing. We had an early reservation and were able to see as the place grew more lively throughout the night. Sandy was our waitress and she was also amazing. She informed us on the dishes they offered and even helped accommodate for my wife’s food allergy. If you like a more quiet experience I recommend coming early, and if you enjoy a lively atmosphere then arrive later. The Wagyu Tour was our choice and Sandy did perfect job cooking the meats to our liking.

I had an amazing restaurant week dinner at Seoul Prime. Our server Yen was so kind and well versed on the menu! The restaurant itself is super stylish and has a great ambience. You can have an actual conversation with someone and eat food in peace!
Our server informed us that the meat is never frozen and was diligent about cooking our meat to our liking. Great service and also delicious food! We had the volcano egg, corn cheese, scallion pancake, and the juk with seafood along with the Seoul Steak Tour. She timed the food so well that we were able to pace ourselves through the evening. I never felt rushed, which I appreciated.

We had such a lovely experience at Seoul Prime, especially thanks to our server, Sandy. It was my husband’s birthday, and she made it feel extra special. I left a note on the reservation asking for a candle and a “Happy Birthday” topper, and she executed it perfectly. Such a thoughtful touch.
The food was superb, the atmosphere was really nice, and as someone who loves interior design, the space felt so aesthetic and beautifully put together. Sandy was warm, attentive, and did an excellent job. New fav Korean bbq spot and we’ll definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I came to celebrate Valentine’s Day at Seoul Prime. The interior was very cute and elegant. The music wasn’t too loud so you can still have conversations without yelling. The food was beyond amazing — great quality and you could tell the meat was fresh. Kathryn was our server and was very kind and quick with any requests we made. Definitely coming back again soon.

Inkind and Restaurant Week brought us here! Normally I prefer AYCE kbbq but looking at the RW menu it felt like a good deal. I am so so glad we gave it a try! We asked to be seated in the GORGEOUS library dining room, which is positively stunning. Ben was our amazing server and he was very helpful and patient in helping us figure out what best to get. He mentioned the bar was a bit backed up so we appreciates the transparency but the wait wasn’t even that much longer! We both got the Seoul Tour and man it was plenty of food. The RW menu came with choice of apps, choice of tour, 5 plates of unlimited banchans, and two sides. JESUS it was so much food! Ben grilled everything at our table with great timing, and explained our meats and answered a million of our questions. We were able to take the kimchi stew home and I am looking forward to eating that over this cold weekend! Shout out to Ben, he was awesome, and deserves 10 stars!

Sister restaurant to Honest Grill, the decor is very similar as is their menu offering. This is the more upscale version compared to Honest Grill. We ordered the Prime Steak tour which was $75 a person. This included Banchan, Scallion Salad, a choice of one side item per person and ice cream. The meat selection was: Dry Aged Ribeye, Dry Aged Ribeye Cap, Prime Short Rib and Marinated Prime Galbi.
My favorite was Dry Aged Ribeye and Ribeye Cap. Very tender and juicy and cooked medium rare. The short rib was good but was disappointed with the marinated prime galbi- it was too tough and chewy.
The kimchi pork stew and soybean brisket soups was so good, one of the best ones. The service was just outstanding! I highly recommend the Prime steak tour.
The 4% Fairfax county food tax sucks, so you are paying 10% tax when you dine here, so that makes the Prime Steak tour price to $82.50 per person.

The best upscale Korean steak experience in the DMV. The steaks were exceptionally high quality—perfectly cooked with deep, rich flavor, especially the dry-aged cuts that stood out for their tenderness and complexity. We have tried both the Seoul Steak and Prime Steak tours. Both were exceptional in their own ways, but the extra $20 was worth it for the dry aged flavors.
Service was top-tier from start to finish. Our server, Andrew, was outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, anticipating our needs before we could ask. It was the kind of seamless, detail-oriented service you’d expect in a fine dining setting.
Highly recommend for anyone seeking an elevated Korean BBQ experience.

Andrew was an excellent server! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and has great hair. My boyfriend has a shellfish allergy, and he was great about making him feel comfortable through the entire dinner. We loved the experience.
We did the Wagyu tour and added a side of Beef Tartare. Everything was so good! We’ve been making our way around high-end Korean BBQ restaurants, and Seoul Prime is definitely one of our favorites so far! We will definitely be back.

Wow!! We lived in Korea for four years and LOVE some Korean BBQ. We sarcastically said let’s give this place a try to see what’s so “upscale” about it!! EVERYTHING! Marcus was one of the best servers we have had in awhile, the ambiance was so beautiful and the food was next level delicious. This was totally worth the price point! I wasn’t that hungry so we had entrees. I had the Galbi risotto and we did some Galbi on the side à la carte and it was off the charts delicious, tender and so flavorful! The bibimbop was authentic. We will be back!
