went here with a few friends, gone here before as well but service is speedy and great! tacos are always delicious and definitely a better location than the one in Millville. food comes out piping hot and orders are taken fast regardless of priority, workers are also very polite and the portions are not stingy at all, they make sure to load you up on whatever you’re getting. highly recommend Taco Bell overall and especially this location!

The automated app at the drive thru works surprisingly well. I’ve been there a few times and it was easy, and no mistakes. The lady at the window who gives you the order is always polite.

My husband Frank and I decided to go to Taco Bell on Landis and we were blown away from the minute we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a welcome to Taco Bell! One of the employees Senasia went above and beyond to make sure our food was great ( I’m picky). My husband want a larger portion of meat and she smile and gave options. Amazing Customer Service someone like her is what all restaurants need. I hope Taco Bell is realizing her worth and values her. So I don’t know how much she gets paid but myself and husband know she deserves more. I wish they could get tips because we definitely would. My husband said they should at least have a tip jar. We are business owners and want her on our team but she has been a faithful employee for 3 years to you guys she told my husband. You guys hopefully appreciate her because there are companies (ours) that would definitely take her and your other workers.

Taco was cold and extremely thin, grilled cheese burrito didn’t even have the cheese on top I didn’t even taste chicken in it, I was missing stuff from my order, the other food was cold tacos were all thin.

This AI system sucks. It messed up my order. Then they told me at the window they couldn’t fix my order that I had to go back around and reorder. I asked for a refund and the manager refunded some of the money back. I had to go inside to get the rest of my refund. Don’t waste your time coming here. Never again.

Paying extra for a meat switch is understandable but cmon now, im eating 70% shell. thankfully i asked for no lettuce because im sure that would be majority in there. Its like the more they actually fill the taco the less the workers get payed. This happens notoriously often at this taco bell specifically & its just gotten to the point where i feel i actually have to take time to review this. Love taco bell but this location needs to pick up.

This place NEVER FAILS TO FAIL ME . Women taking order did not let me speak and Everytime I corrected her she still got it wrong , pulled up to the window and the guy repeated my order wrong AGAIN so the manager helped correct it. They SAID my order correct but gave me a completely wrong order and it was opposite of everything I asked for. I went back to get a refund and the manager I’m assuming was completely understanding and gave me the refund and also gave me my “correct” order . That’s what I thought until I got home and realized they gave me the same wrong order all over again . These people can’t tell the difference between chicken and beef. And although the customer service was okay .. what sense does it make to “understand “ and STILL get the order wrong TWICE . The second round was free but it’s still annoying when ur looking forward to it and get disappointed AGAIN.
