I’m sad to say that Loveland may no longer have a decent pho restaurant. We had been coming to this location for years and the pho was always excellent. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was very disappointing.
When we walked in, something already felt different. I ordered the pho, and my wife ordered the chicken rice noodle bowl with an egg roll.
The pho broth was very bland and lacked the rich flavor it used to have. The meat also seemed different and didn’t taste the same as before. My wife’s rice noodle bowl was just as disappointing. The first thing we noticed was that the egg roll looked much smaller, and she said it tasted off. The chicken in her bowl was tough, bland, and didn’t appear to be grilled the way it normally is in a traditional rice noodle bowl.
It appears the restaurant has changed hands from the original mom-and-pop owners to new management, and unfortunately the quality of the food seems to have changed as well. We used to love coming here, but after this visit we left pretty disappointed.

The pho was average, a bit salty, but nothing special to write home about. The Thai Tea was not good and other pho places make it much sweeter. It has a great atmosphere but that’s its best quality.

The pho is amazing! The broth is the best I’ve had in NoCo (or anywhere).
The staff is always very nice and welcoming.

I have been eating at this family owned Pho restraunt for years. It has been the best Pho in Colorado under the previous owners. They retired and sold the business to new owners a few months ago. I have been here a couple times since and the quality has plummeted. The broth is bland and salty, the noodles are tough, the portions are smaller and the price higher. It’s sad to see such a fantastic restraunt ruined by new owners. I am thankful for the great food provided by the previous owners, but I can no longer patronize this restaurant under its new ownership.

I ordered the fried rice and lo mein and I was pretty disappointed with what I got for the price. I really wanted to like this place and I plan to give it another chance with their pho next visit.

We’ve been coming here for a long time, but since the new owners took over, it’s just not the same. We usually order the pho and the chicken lo mein. Before the ownership change, both were a solid 10/10. Unfortunately, now it’s closer to a 5/10 at best. The flavors and overall quality have noticeably changed. We really hope the restaurant considers bringing back the old menu and recipes, because this place used to be a favorite.

I think the service stuck out the most because the old Vietnamese man that owned the shop was just amazing. He yapped to our parents the whole time and was telling them how he’d been working at the restaurant for like 30+ years and was thinking about retiring soon. It was quite bittersweet.
The food was decent, I ordered the chay pho (vegetarian pho), and the broth was really good! I think it was a little bit on the healthier side, but I’m not complaining. The environment was very neat and reminded me of walking through a museum filled with antique items.
Totally would recommend!

Got a lot of things to say about this place. The restaurant is family owned, and the chef is the owner’s wife. They are for the most part, the only workers in the restaurant, and they do their best to give service as quick as possible. We came during the rush time during dinner and had to wait a while to get our food, but we didn’t mind. My parents spoke to the owner for a bit and found out that he started up the business about 30 years ago to provide for his family and the restaurant has been there ever since. He’s a very energetic man who loves chatting. Don’t hesitate to speak with him if you’re stopping by! If you know Vietnamese that’s an added bonus, I don’t think they get a lot of Vietnamese speakers around the area. The food was good and the decorations are lively. The owner plans to retire in maybe 2 or 3 years so try this place while it’s still around!

The pho is unbelievably good! You order at the counter, and they bring out your food. The pho is a huge portion and mine fed me for lunch and dinner that day. I love all the fresh herbs and vegetables they bring for you to add to the pho. The restaurant is bright inside with both booths and tables.

Love this place! This pho place is such a hidden gem. From the Pho to the Pad Thai it’s amazing! only comment I would have about this place is maybe having some background music or something playing to fill the atmosphere! Other than that! 10/10
