This location you never know what your gonna get day to day but seems they lack more than good …leave alot of items out of your order and you tend to have to pull back around in 10 mins even if your ordered online an waited 10 mins to even leave your house… however most of the staff thats been there awhile are pretty hospitable.

Update: I ordered six soft taco supreme delivered by DoorDash tonight. I live a ten minute drive from there. My Taco were cold. I will not be returning to this store.
I went back there today when they had the dining room open. Business was slow when I was in there. There were only two other customers in there besides me. It was was clean inside and the employees were friendly. You have use one of their kiosks to place your order. My soft taco tasted good, but was only warm not hot.
They need to correct their store hours on here. They have their hours listed 8 am to 3am. That is their drive thru hours. You have to be in a car to go through their drive thru. No walk ups allowed. If you are not in a car their dining room hours are 12 pm to 5 pm.

Great meal on a Saturday when options were limited. Food was great, Tacos Supreme and Chips and Nacho Cheese. Very efficient ordering system with the large tablets to order and pay. Very nice, fast and free WiFi. Very clean.

Rude, the food didn’t taste like taco bell food, no one would help get my free burrito after I ordered my meal when u scan the QR code they workers acted like hey had a grudge on giving help for the kiosk, I herd them say they don’t know what comes on it anyway, insinuating I didn’t know igzactly what came on my order so I would not know the difference. I have not ever ate from a taco bell that was bad food until three days ago. It’s the Taco Bell as soon as u go under the bridge it’s right there. I’m 42 years old. I have never had anything to say about bad ever to say about taco bell team. But honestly I don’t understand how that specific one place can still be up and running. Sad but true. Taco bell is my favorite place to eat since I was two eating Mexican pizzas and mexi melts. I’m just astonished on how rude and crude the entire place was. Just that one taco bell. And then this teen age guy worker was sitting on his phone while I’m asking for help up front and he smiled and laughed at me and started playing back on his phone..how can they call it taco bell when wow.

No one to take an order (kiosks only). Lots of homeless hanging around the area. You have to get “buzzed in” to the bathroom, but the girl sitting at the front counter was on break and wouldn’t do it. Drive thru girl and her got into a verbal altercation about it because another customer needed to go. I ordered 2 burritos, took them 14 minutes to come out.

Im lost with words as the why city drivers are asked 2 buy food just 2 use the restroom. All alone the route no other restaurant ask this even on other routes taco bell like 28th, popular level understand that we can not drive n eat food! Passengers think we be telling a lie when we come right back, and say, u gotta buy something. Plus its real personal for a women to tell another women no u can’t use it. That women could be on her period u just never know. Water pills. And I can bet u that at least 80% working there probably us public transportation. We help move the city but get treated bad!!!!
