Donald our server was incredible. He greeted us right when we arrived, took our order promptly, got the order perfect (even asked us if we liked our waffle fluffy or flat!) He smiled and made US smile! Thank you Donald. Hands down best service I’ve received in any restaurant in a while. Also the cinnamon crunch waffle topping was delicious!

Not sure what happend today Sunday Oct.5th waited all week to enjoy breakfast with my kids , no Hello greeting as we walked in, 9 people on staff, 40 min wait for food, i asked forba Fiesta Omlette with chopped chicken breast pieces it looked terrible and no chicken added. This place needs to get it together. 3 people at the stove and no food coming out.

Ashley, Reanna, and Kyra were great! Their attitudes were welcoming and bright. They assisted me and my daughter and were pleasant. They were attentive to our needs and entertained us while dining in. Definitely will be back. My daughter loved her chocolate chip waffle! Excellent service!

Maybe some of the robots should come in and take some of our jobs because we’ve lost decency and common courtesy to the public. After sitting there 10 minutes in the booth no one came to take my order, the young cook noticed me, so he came and asked what was I drinking then there was another customer that came in shortly after me was waiting on before me by the lady with all the badges on her shirt. Then finally Kaylee approached the booth to take my order. The restaurant wasn’t busy. Robot please.

Waffle House #2002 is truly the best of the best! Every time I come in, the whole team makes me feel like family. You can see how much love, teamwork, and care they put into everything they do. Manager Nacy is absolutely amazing — she leads with heart, respect, and positivity, and it really shows in how the team works together. They’re always smiling, fast, and make sure every customer leaves happy. We need more managers and teams like Nacy’s in every Waffle House. This location is a true example of what great service and teamwork look like — simply the dream team!

I went to eat alone. I paid 14 bucks for a great amount of food! Good warm coffee! My server was funny and polite. All the food was amazing. No tvs but the people were friendly! Yummy food!! Clean environment and energy!! Did I mention the waffles are AMAZING

Went for breakfast, my server Jaz was more interested in talking to coworkers than to take my order correctly. After I ordered she asked if I wanted coffee and I said yes, do you want cream and I said yes and lots please. Then I waited, never received coffee until after my food was delivered, and I had asked for onions in my eggs, but that did not happen. Eggs were overcooked for scrambled, sausage patties did not come when food was delivered had to wait on that. She then ignored me, until she came to speak with somebody in the back room about his soapy mess as I sat there with no coffee then she looks down and asked me if everything was okay and I asked for additional coffee no extra creamers but just walked away after I finished my meal I didn’t even have a check to pay for my meal so I had to walk to the front without a bill. People that go to these establishments are expecting a little service and not to be ignored, I know everybody gets busy but with only three whole tables in the place at the time I was there it was not busy. I assumed by her tags on her shirt she’s been there a while, but I think new training needs to be in place. I have owned several restaurants and all my staff was trained to take care of the customers because if you take care of the customers they take care of you in the form of tips. And even after everything I still left a 20% tip. Waffle House has always been a favorite place for me to be able to go get a good meal but today that did not happen. I’m sorry for the bad review but hopefully this will help her in the future.

It’s my go to when it’s early in the morning and I want some breakfast. Usually only a few customers there so it’s pretty laid back. I always get the samething, 2 eggs over easy, hashbrowns with cheese. Sausage patties with toast and orange juice. Dammit, now I want waffle house.

I always loved waffle house… their hashbrowns are always awesome. They were super packed… and it was even crowded behind the bar, but they had our food out in no time. There was a slight attitude from a older fluffy white lady. But other than that I had a good experience. I got a waffle with peanut butter chips. It was the bomb.

Hadn’t been to Waffle House in a while, so I decided to stop in. It was a good visit, eggs were cooked over medium, just like I requested. Bacon was crispy, just like I requested. Waffle came hot, so I was able to get butter to melt into it. Grits were just the right consistency. Service was great, and I noticed the staff was cleaning whenever they weren’t taking care of customers.
