The meat was dry. I’m kind of like they reheated in a microwave. Brisket seasoning was a good flavor but salty and very thin sliced for brisket. The waiter was very good, did his job well! Yeah atmosphere little dirty. Bathrooms definitely need cleaning!!!!

I am originally from this area and take pride in my reviews all across the United States. In all the years of my returning to this area, I have never tried the barbecue here. Boy, am I glad I did today. Simple BBQ chicken and ribs, cornbread, bbq beans and potato salad which was simply scrumptious. The best part was the customer service of “Dylann”. What a sweet young lady who wears your brand well in service with a smile! Thank you all for a nice take out dinner experience.

The service we received was almost comically bad. It was 2 pm the day after Memorial Day, so maybe there were some lingering holiday issues, but there was only one server and he was so bad we wondered if he was either on drugs or had seriously debilitating memory issues. The four tables near us had conversations with each other about how bad it was. He had to come back retake all of our tables orders because he forgot to ring them in. He brought tables the wrong drinks over and over again and brought people the complete wrong food and drinks over and over again even after writing it down 3-5 times per table. He seemed genuinely confused. We both had the salad bar with a side of meat. He forgot plates for the salad bar after we asked nicely 3 times. He had to ask us what we ordered 4 times and went to the computer and it looked like he rang it in but then it still didn’t come. My side of meat was supposed to be pulled pork, but when he finally brought it is was beef. I just ate it because it was a miracle he finally brought it. The meat was fine. Maybe a little dry. The salad bar was great and the iced tea was fresh brewed. When it came time to pay the check, I had to ask him for it literally 7 times and each time he would go and ring it I. The computer again and still come back and ask if we needed anything and I would have to ask for the check. The third time he said he would discount it for the wait, but I think he forgot and on the 7th time when he finally brought it, I just paid it when though there wasn’t a discount. For 2 salad bars, two sides of meat, and two iced teas it was $45. On the way out one couple ask if the women who cashed us out was a manger and mentioned that the waiter was the worst of any dining experience she had ever had and thought he should go home. The cashier said she wasn’t a manager or wait staff even though she was trying to help as back up because she knew service was really bad at that time. I asked if there was a manger we could speak to and she said the one waiter was the manger on duty. She apologized and said she was trying to get more help to come in but didn’t know what to do. I can’t imagine I would ever come back here again. There are a lot of restaurants in this area, so I would recommend going somewhere else.

The sliced pork and the sliced turkey were razor thin with no flavor. Actually tasted the same. Salad bar was great. Soup was Luke warm. Didn’t melt the cheese,The service was very good but not with a smile. I thought it was over priced for what they give you. To many places To go that are a bit more reasonable and give nice slices of meat.

Average food at an average price. Good salad bar. We were pleasantly surprised by the salad bar after reading previous reviews. Salad bar is $8 with a meal and $14.50 by itself. You can add the soup to the AYCE salad bar for an additional $2 (soup comes with the add-on to your meal AYCE salad bar. If we’re hungry for bbq in the future, we have better choices. If we’re up for a salad bar, we’d return here again. Also, if you sign up for their email club, you get 6 free chicken wings on your visit. We got the 6 free wings, which we’re one of the better items and added on the salad bar for a good deal! Oh, yeah, don’t forget to grab a free soft serve vanilla Icecream cone b4 you head out the door!

I had something from the “dieters special list” which is the salad and soup bar and various meet choices. I chose the brisket which was excellent. My husband had the baby back ribs dinner special. He was very pleased with the generous serving and the taste.
The service was very good attentive without being intrusive.
The price was very good considering the amount and quality of the food.

The portions were small. The coleslaw was very gross. Everything was too dry and over cooked. It was kind of a blah atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back.

I have been sleeping on Dustins. I’m glad we went! The place is very nostalgic and reminds me of my childhood going to Sonnys. The food is really good and it’s a great value. I like their 10 wings for $10 special. The wings are fat and yummy! I’ve had the dry rub ones, peach, buffalo and honey garlic. The honey garlic are definitely the best but they are all so good. The salad bar is excellent. There are so many good options on there. Id recommend this place. 10/10
