This is one of two places the locals go for breakfast. If you are local, you know the other one. Early Edition is my #1a or #1b depending on mood but its always #1.

This is breakfast done right. You have your usuals – eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns. Actually, thats what I order, The Usual. Im not kidding, its on the menu. But you also have more “expansive” selections. Want a Californian? Yeah, order that and get some avocado goodness. Want the biggest pancakes you have ever seen? Got that too. Steak. yup. Salad? That too. There is pretty much something for everyone.

Service is always cheerful and fast. Huge qualifier – if you are here on a game weekend or move in/move out you are going to wait for a table and wait a bit longer for your food. If you come on a game weekend with 10 people, add even more time. You will get your food and it will be great but you have to allow extra time. The volume in the dining room varies too. Again, game weekend and its going to be loud. And if you are here on a game weekend, know what you want to order, eat and move out because 20 other people are lined up. The rest of the time? Slow down and enjoy the coffee.

Oh and wear purple.

I had such a great experience with Trinity’s customer service. They were attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure all my food was right . It’s rare to find a team that cares so much about their customers, but Trinity really stands out. I felt valued and taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I was impressed by how they handled our food allergies. We informed the waitress and someone from the kitchen came and spoke with us about what would be safe and substitutions they could do. I was so thankful to how willing they were to ensure we had a good dining experience.

Wonderful hometown breakfast place with lots of delicious choices. Coffee was hot and tasty. The pancakes are humongous and delicious. The skillet dish was also excellent with potatoes, avocado, bacon and eggs. Our server Hannah was simply the best! Wonderful atmosphere.

I’m new to the area and was hoping to find a bistro-style café. I was pleasantly surprised, the service was excellent and the food absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!

Extremely packed during the mornings, as their specialty is breakfast. Which they are excellent with! Theyre not very good with steaks, as my medium turned to be very well.. but thats ok. The excellent side potatoes make up for it. The service is very good and kind; the young waiters were doing a great job with making the business flow despite it being so packed.

There were way too many people for these Covid times, so I would probably avoid the rush hours in the future. But will definitely come back!
Place is clean, great food selection, plenty of parking and big tables that can fit 6 people or even more children.

I ordered the stuffed strawberry French toast and my husband ordered The Colonel with over easy eggs. We were both happy with our order. We drive from JC and we have been to both locations and by far the one on Kimball was great. The waitress was very friendly and considerate. The staff we came in contact with were also friendly. I don’t know her name but she was sweet and helpful. Will be returning to this location the next time.

I went there for the first time after a friend recommended it to me.
It is located on the ground floor of a very beautiful building.
The entrance is wide and wheelchairs can easily enter. There are no steps inside the restaurant.
There are tables and box seats. This restaurant also has tables for large groups.
I ordered the yogurt and muffin plate and my friend ordered the California omelette plate.
The yogurt was very tasty with quite a lot of fruit and not too sweet. The blueberry muffins were also fluffy and very tasty.

VERY popular place. If you have really bad anxiety or not a fan of too many people, I recommend attempting to arrive as soon as it opens . Lovely people., delicious food. So far I’ve had a handful of items on the menu and I would have to say my recommendations would have to be Steak and Eggs w a substitute of extra eggs in the potatoes spot .
Regardless of what you’re ordering, you’re bound to enjoy it! There was this “Muffin of the Day” I purchased yesterday that was divine! I believe it was a “lemon, orange” muffin.
