2:00 PM and left absolutely blown away not just by the food which was spot on delicious as always, but by the incredible service from team member Tray Fox.
Tray was on another level. He was everywhere, keeping the drive-thru flying, making sure the front counter ran smoothly, greeting everyone with genuine warmth, and just handling everything with this effortless kindness and efficiency. You could tell he truly cared about every guest and every detail. In a world where service can sometimes feel rushed or routine, Tray made the experience feel personal and uplifting. He’s the kind of person who restores your faith in great hospitality. He was professional, attentive, and just plain good hearted.
If your location has Tray on shift, you’re in for a treat. Culver’s is lucky to have him! 10/10 would recommend, and I’ll definitely be back hoping to catch him again. Thanks for making lunch way more than just a meal.

8/24/25. I wanted to try the cod fish Sandwich. Really it’s not that bad at all. It sure don’t look like a frozen square lol. I have been to Culver’s probably in 10 different states now. This Culver’s is a little different than all the other Culver’s I have been too. The food and custard is the same though.

I placed an online order for two burgers and clearly noted no pickles, as I am deathly allergic to them. Despite this, both burgers had pickles in them. I was lucky to catch it before taking a bite — otherwise, it could’ve led to a serious allergic reaction. I ended up having to throwing the burger away & could only eat my sad cold fries.

We chose curbside pickup and followed the instructions to park, but no one came out for over 15 minutes. Eventually, we had to go through the drive-thru just to get our food, even though the app told us to wait in a spot. That part was very misleading.

When we received the order, the concrete mixer was already melted, the burgers were cold with smashed buns, the fries were soggy and cold, and even the cheese curds had lost all warmth. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for quite a while.

We come to Culver’s because we expect better quality for the price, but this experience was extremely disappointing — especially given the seriousness of the allergy mistake.

I have also reached out to Culver’s but have not heard a response back. This is very disappointing.

My family & I stopped in tonight for dinner. Anna our cashier, was polite & friendly and asked clarifying questions to be sure our order was correct. While enjoying our meal the owner Jason stopped by and checked in with us. We were amazed to see such a young man in the ownership role! Jason, you’re awesome! Thank you for the great experience tonight and congratulations on your success in the industry.

We ordered ice cream at the drive through tonight. They never brought our food out. My husband finally went inside and our ice cream was on the counter, melted. The employee didn’t apologize or anything. The manager was nearby just chatting with someone and didn’t help out. Such disappointing service.

Update: The manager contacted us to apologize and gave us a gift card. We went back yesterday. Even though it was super busy, we got great service, the staff was nice, and the food was done quickly. I’m glad we gave them a second chance! I really appreciated the gift card and a personal call from management.

Got a free meal for being newer to the neighborhood that brought about our first visit quite some time ago! We have frequented several times since then and have enjoyed the food and staff serving us. Great spot, nice and clean general areas and bathrooms!

Culver’s in Champlin is my all-time favorite fast food restaurant! The customer service is outstanding, the food quality and variety is excellent, and the dining room is always clean. The overal value is far above any other fast food restaurant in the northwest metro. In the post-Covid era, fast food quality and customer service took a huge hit while prices soared, destroying the value proposition. Culver’s restaurants in general, and the Champlin location in particular manage to score 100% across the board and keep the price point very reasonable. I go there often and I have never been disappointed.

I’ve eaten burgers from all the major burger places but none compare with Culvers for quality, flavor, and size. It’s the best. And the employees are always the friendliest with smiles and happy attitudes.

This is so dry, smashed, sloppy and cold spent 35$$$ for this!!! Also onion rings are limp and cold. Have been here a couple of times and the worst experience ever!! Well this has been up for a while and have Heard nothing back, which is Typical for the fast food industry. Very sad to spoil all of Culver’s. Thanks for your response so quickly. this food is not cheap and I feel ripped off!!!

My meal option wasn’t available so they substituted something else and forgot the sides and condiments. My husband’s burger looked like a 300 pound person sat on it. That isn’t an exaggeration! All in all, not great.
