Normally I love going to McDonald’s here but the night crew sucks. The burger I got literally tasted like straight salt. It was 100% inedible. At least Wendy’s never messed up that bad.

This place is painfully slow. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes just for a very basic, regular order, which is unusually long. Customer service felt inefficient despite the staff being polite. There were several regional or corporate managers sitting around on laptops, and it honestly made me wonder what they were doing or if their presence was somehow slowing things down. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating.

If I could do zero stars I would. Ordered a large soda with extra ice. When the employee grunted and handed it up me there was about an inch of space between the lid and where the soda started. And the employee was beyond rude. First, fill up the damn cup. I’m paying for a full cup. Second, if you hate your job that much, quit! This chick should be fired. She’s terrible. But apparently that’s this generation. None if them gave customer service or people skills. Will never go here again.

the morning crew needs some work. i’ve never in my life went to a mcdonald’s at 10:28 and wasn’t able to order lunch let alone be told THEY DONT EVEN HAVE LUNCH DOWN YET??? i called again at 10:31 after leaving to speak to a manager and asked why there mcdonalds is different, and she gave a mediocre excuse and continued to tell me they STILL didnt have breakfast up and this east 10:33. Ridiculous. Afternoon crew is amazing though! always kind, fast, and reliable. i’m a previous manager of mcdonalds. This needs fixed, and this isn’t the first time i’ve had this issue at this mcdonalds

I’m really disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. When I walked in, there was no one at the front counter, even though I could see three employees in the back. One employee looked at me several times and completely ignored me. I had to flag down another worker just to get help, and when I explained that both my meal and my brother’s meal were missing items, she walked away without responding or engaging with me at all. The person who finally came out to help seemed confused, even after I clearly explained what was missing. Nobody was friendly, and the whole interaction felt careless and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location, and today just confirmed that the service here is consistently bad.

Appreciate the utensils and syrup but both are totally useless when you do not give me pancakes to go with them. I can see forgetting an item but how do you forget pancakes when someone orders PANCAKES?!
How do you even bag an empty container??

About a week ago went there ordered a quarter pounder meal with bacon had to wait for my food to be brought out. When they brought the food out, I looked in the bag. There were no fries OK so I drove around the drive-through and let them know. They gave me fries when I got back to the house open my food only to realize there was no bacon after calling there that evening And the manager saying that if we came back, they could fix it. We went back well guess what they gave us another sandwich with no bacon after going in and just getting bacon to put on the sandwich ourselves. We finally got what we ordered so again we went to that McDonald’s just last evening. And ordered the same thing Guess what after waiting for a food once again we got a sandwich with no bacon. The lady took our sandwich in and they put two pieces of bacon on it and she brought it back seriously after telling us that there’s a lot of kids that work there that’s no damn excuse. Maybe if the manager stopped talking to the workers in the evening and make sure the people were doing their job we’d actually get what we’re paying for Old McDonald’s have kids working in them. They don’t mess up that much. I thought Columbia McDonald’s was bad. This one is probably the worst one I’ve been to in my life.

Usual experience you can expect at a McDonald’s location. Although this McDonald’s seems to have very friendly people who work there and this made the experience better!

you obviously never go to a fast food place expecting good service but you do somewhat expect an attempt from employees to at least do their jobs. The manager “Cameron” could not care less about his job or the environment he creates. I presume his lack of care for what needs to be done as manager is what lead to my after work friday night quick meal to be Cold with lukewarm drinks and disassembled burgers! He then laughed on the phone as I tried to explain to him why its beyond irresponsible to take credit for making a burger then refuse accountability for it not being correct. I always explained my issue with the drinks i got being flat, warm, and not filled fully to which he then stuttered and said “i mean how is that wrong”. My frustration was then met with a snarky and beyond rude scoff then response “Actually I wont be giving you any food call the 1 800 number”. It’s obvious they dont care nor do I at the end of the day its Mcdonalds. I just think this “cameron” manager guy needs a reality check. Immediately he was hostile confrontational and dismissive. Final note to this tell your manager to stop wasting peoples money and time with his lack of care for his job.
