I’ve been trying to get a refund since 9/30/2025 for an online order that I wasn’t able to pick up because there was chaos going on at 5 am and only the drive thru was open… according to the lady that was on the speaker she was having to call the police about someone. I didn’t want to be involved in whatever was going down and I also didn’t want to be late to work for that reason so I had to drive away empty handed. I expected the refund process to be easy but my experience has been far from it.
My time was wasted and I’ve inquired 3 times on the “Hey Jackbox” link and nothing has happened, it seems pretty useless. It said that it would send it to the store manager and they would get back to me. It’s been almost 3 weeks since and I haven’t heard anything from anyone. I just need my money back, why is that so difficult to do with a corporation of this size! If only there was a number to call and not a submission box that leads you no where. At this point I might just have to dispute this charge with my bank! Very poor customer service.

2:30 in the afternoon so not real busy, the front counter person interrupted my question before I finished asking it. The tacos were cold and 90% of the tables were dirty.

I know that no one is perfect, we all make mistakes, but that is one thing and it is quite another that we do not do the work that we need to do. Today I placed an order online as I normally do. To start in a combo that orders the order of fries, it was not even half the bag. my onion rings were not evenly cooked and were a little over cooked. My son told him at the counter that we wanted our tacos well done since this modification is not available in the app. Well it has been the worst experience in this Jack in the Box today.

My order is always on point when I come to this particular location. Never fails. Employees need a raise or a bonus or something. Been coming to this location for almost 2 years now since I moved into the area. I have to give credit when it’s do. I really hope corporate or management see this and blesses the employees.

Employee would not speak up, had to repeat my order for a peach tea 3x. Got to the window and was told no peach syrup. Ordered half and half tea. What I got was so thick (straight sweet tea) and no ice at all. Just need to train their employees better.

Terrible I was at the speaker for awhile saying hello no one would talk back after a few minutes I drive off and looked in the window and saw a woman just standing there the other employee was outside talking to his friend in his car. This was my go to breakfast spot but not anymore I’ll just go up the road to mcds atleast they answer the speaker

Me and my family ordered from here by Uber Eats for pick up. Our order was correct but was missing condiments. I took off a star because we had ordered breakfast food with no jelly, jalapeño poppers with no ranch, tacos with no taco sauce, and fries with no ketchup. Drive thru wait time was about 5 mins.

Food could be assembled better but typical drive thru experience. Drive thru employees are rude and always seem in a rush so much thst you have to make sure you got everything before you drive off or you’ll muss something like suases and napkins for sure.
