This is an appreciation post for Bruno, the kind gentleman working at the register. It’s my first time eating at a Smashburger and I asked for a recommendation. This man did not disappoint. This was my second time trying Smashburger since moving to town, and I have to say it was another great experience! I got take out, and Not only was my burger absolutely delicious, but the team here really stood out. Ricky at the front counter was so friendly and helpful, and Moses made me one of the best meals I’ve had for lunch. I was even stuck deciding between Chipotle Ranch and just plain Ranch, and they went above and beyond to help me choose. Only thing I’m upset about is how quickly I ate it because it was so delicious.
The restaurant itself was spotless, which I really appreciate walking in. In a market full of burger joints, the freshness, quality, and truly exceptional service here will keep me coming back to Smashburger over any competitor.

The girl at the counter who took the order could not hate her job more and was unbearably rude and miserable (for clarification, because I want people to know who it is, she has an eyebrow ring on her right side and glasses, dark brown hair). I asked to do loaded fries with just bacon and cheese and told me she had no idea what I was talking about, scoffed, rolled her eyes, started to throw a tantrum and told me there was no button for bacon and cheese and could give me fries with a side of cheese. Melissa was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful this Smashburger is great!!!!! They’re very quick with order and very helpful. Their staff is very knowledgeable and organized. They should call this place “TRASH BURGER”. The place is totally dirty. The floor is disgusting and the bathroom smelled like urine. The paper towel dispenser was broken with absolutely no paper towels. The place smelled like they used a dirty mop. The table we sat was very sticky. Definitely a dirty location. Unacceptable. The manager of this place must be replaced. I do not recommend this location.

Walking 10 before closing the team was so nice accommodating treated Me like I was the first customer instead of the last it was very very happy. Smashburger means a lot to me. He needs to come here and eat with my mom all the time and she used to love this place as well and you come back here and be treated the same way that we used to get treated when she was here makes me very happy. It actually made me a little emotional so big shout out to the manager and a team in the back you guys made my night.

I went on a really busy time on New Years eve. Moses was super accommodating and patient. Despite being swamped with so many orders and making milkshakes he remained upbeat. He was polite and efficient moving back and forth between bagging orders and the register. His service was amazing and appreciated.
