That is the worst Wendy’s. I’ve ever been to you go in there. They’re very rude.You got one kid with long hair sitting on the floor playing on his phone two other girls.I asked if I could have a bag.Sure, her head was down.She acted like I was bothering her and handed me the bag.. then, my wife asked to use the bathroom.And as for their code, he says, just use the other one.But he said it in such a sarcastic way… i will never ever go back there again. I was looking at all these other reviews.Nobody is saying anything good management owners.Whoever the hell you are.If you want that business to be better, you need to step in

Decided to order Wendy’s to let the family try the new Fuego meal, got a double stack for me and when I got my food, found out my burger came with mold!! MOLD. In a fast food establishment. I know this place’s reputation, and if you don’t it’s that every time you come to this location you will have at least one thing wrong with your food, even then I still did not ever expect to see mold on my bun. Thankfully the district manager was in at the time and a quick report to him got my problem addressed and hopefully saved future customers a trip to the hospital. Thanks Wendy’s. I’m glad the issue was able to be dealt with after I had to be subject to it. This location and it’s workers have always been a joke. During a job search I applied here once, midnight that same night I got a prank phone call from the MANAGER of the location, a general manager but still! This place is highly unprofessional and a risk to its own customers.

Absolute worst service ever!!! Messed up my order along with 2 other people’s orders after waiting 25 minutes for a mobile order when it wasnt even busy!!! Had to go back after gettijf home and realizing none of the 4 burgers were not even what i ordered. New guy Albert was nice and tried to be as helpful as he could. Manager on staff was sooooo rude yelling and cussing at Albert in front of the customers at the counter waiting and with the drive through window open too!!! Could not get her mame but she was extremely rude!!! Avoid this Wendy’s at all costs!! Photo is of manager who was rude and Albert who was helpful.

The store was filthy, the staff was not friendly. Not attentive. Could care less a customer was standing at the counter waiting for an order to be taken, to just stand around and gossip and not work. Asked for someone to take my order the shift lead rolled her eyes at me as did brianna and the gentlemen getting off work. I simply asked for a chili with cheese, they claimed they had no shredded cheese but had cheese for their salads. Then I asked for a jr bacon cheeseburger add ketchup mustard and pickle. As usual it was made with just that and not the other ingredients that come with it. So I checked it before leaving the counter. Was wrong. I told them, received an attitude about it. Was made right the second time, as I checked it before I sat down. As I took a bite clear as day the inside of the burger patty was raw. Like they did it intentionally threw it on the grill just enough to brown it on the outside and serve it. Took it back and got attitude again. Received the third burger was cooked but not made correctly and instead of arguing and risking more issues with this staff and I was on time issue of needing to be some where I just ate it and left. But these five employees with manager don’t deserve to be in a place to provide customer service. If all they cared about was double dropping the nuggets down after the timer already went down and to just stand around and talk. The poor older gentlemen on the sandwich line looked like he was doing most of the work while they did nothing.

I just left this place and by far is the worst customer service I have ever received at any establishment from the gentleman with the black hair that was running the front counters to the unprofessional manager Gabby who didn’t even ask about the situation that was going on just refunded my money without any regards to me wanting my order still due to the neglect and the fact that they were out of two items that I was okay not having and her words after giving me my full refund I have my change and I can leave the store now. I definitely will be calling corporate in the morning because this is unacceptable especially the fact that they didn’t even have my order prepared even though I placed it 3 hours in advance.

12-17-25 at 10:15 am I arrived inside Wendy’s the customer service rep seen me and was chatting with coworker, about 2-3 m later she started turning the menu from breakfast to normal burger menu
I came in to order breakfast and coffee. Rep continued to ignore me and I simply asked is breakfast service time over and she stated yes
I stated ok I’ll go to Dunkin’ Donuts to get breakfast then came home and googled breakfast hours is supposed to be until 10:30
I was there at 10:15. Kind of rude

Came to get the new krabby patty burger and it was raw! The service was horrible. I waited around 25 minutes in the drive through for two krabby patty meals. The workers where laughing and playing music through a speaker and messing around. I normally don’t complain about wait time because I have experience with fast food but they took 20 minutes and still gave me a raw burger! In the pictures one is noticeably pinker and the other is cooked. I will be contacting corporate. Ate half the damn burger without noticing. Will be suing if I get sick.

Ok it’s lunch time 1230 pm nobody at the counter take order saw 4 employees but I waited 5 minutes nothing walked away with middle finger waving lol. Went to Burger King across street. Only one person dining inside so you lost a customer will go to better Wendy’s next time

Ordered thru drive thru 2 cobb salads and large iced teas. Got home and there is no chicken on the Cobb salad. Irritating to have simple expectations and not get what I ordered. Too far to go back to get the chicken. Make sure your orders as completed correctly!
