Bukhara Grill was also almost full when we walked in without a reservation, but the staff took great care of 4 of us and quickly prepared a table. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed and very comfortable.
We are big fans of Indian cuisine, and honestly, the food exceeded our wildest expectations. Everything was perfectly seasoned — with every bite we kept saying how delicious it was. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and absolutely outstanding.
We truly recommend this place to every Indian food lover — you will leave neither hungry nor disappointed. On top of that, the service was top-notch.
A well-deserved 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
Whatever. Skip them, and go here. The food is great, the service tops. The tandoori good is really awesome.
From the moment we walked in, the rustic yet sophisticated ambiance hit all the right notes: exposed stone walls, warm lighting, and that signature open tandoor kitchen where you can watch the magic happen. It’s the perfect blend of tradition and comfort, instantly transporting you to the Northwest Frontier.
But what truly made the night unforgettable was Vijay Verma. His energy is infectious — fantastic service paired with an amazing personality that turns a meal into a memorable story session. Vijay shared delightful anecdotes about the dishes, the history behind the recipes (including how the iconic Dal Bukhara is slow-cooked for hours), and even some fun insider tips on pairing the perfect naan. He was attentive without being overbearing, humorous, and genuinely passionate about the food. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. He made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers — a rare gem in any restaurant!
The food? Absolute perfection. We started with an assortment of tandoori kebabs — smoky, tender, and bursting with flavor — followed by the legendary Dal Bukhara, creamy beyond words and finished with a swirl of butter. And don’t even get me started on the giant, table-sized naan — fresh from the tandoor, fluffy, and impossible to resist tearing into with your hands!
Will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Vijay, for the stories, the laughs, and the impeccable hospitality!
I ordered the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan with a Coca Cola to drink. The naan is huge! My boyfriend and I shared 1 and had some leftover.
The staff is very helpful and attentive, consistently checking on you during the meal. We felt welcomed in even without a reservation.
