This restaurant is absolutely foot-note worthy in your book-of-life. The ambiance before you can lay your eyes on the building is so beautifully tended to. Fleming Island is natural beauty decor poised. The place is located at the far right end of the building so it’s easy to find. They have a massive window’d presence. The inside is like three walls and the fourth wall is all window. The sunshine is welcomed inside everyday. It adds to the “outting” experience. We were met immediately by the staff who greeted us and took our call in line number for seating. PAUSE – Here is a nugget of “FOODIE LAW” that some of the public may or may not know of. (Rule #7: If you observe the elderly and affluent alike “graciously” waiting – the food will be amazing). UNPAUSE – We were sat down and introduced to our splendid waitress “Lyanna”. This little ray of sunshine was very seasoned in the art of well-roundedness. Soft, clear and legible speech. Totally informed about the menu. Clarify hand gestures. Smile at the listening part and smile through her speaking. No making us feel rushed [whilst during the RUSH HOUR!] On point in her recommendations to our questions. Smooth on her approach and decent. [No abruptly darting away as of to hint that took too much time away from her]. Lastly, being cared for throughout out meal. Our cups were never dry. Now, on to the sustenance. As a reviewer. I’m going to start to add screenshot of the time we wait for food the moment the waiter walks away. Here is my official first. The average wait time I experience with 2 full orders during rush hour is about 32ish minutes. That being said, this place supersedes my expectation to the preferred side. The eggs. Oh. The eggs. The best to my pallet to date (3-1-26). They must implore the trick of removing the eggs from the fire moments before they need to and let the heat gently cook them the last bit of the way. If not, they have another great approach. I ordered their Southwestern bowl. Oh my garshsk! They grilled sausage links and thinly slices them and doused the bowl from all ends. An appropriate about amidst the eggs and other deliciousness. I must admit, William Hanson would have smacked me dead too rights for cleaning that bowl to the point they may carelessly think it’s already washed and ready to the next. I was whimsically turning in my seat gently every bite. Silently I do this when I am super pleased with a meal. I was offered (and accepted) a try of the biscuits & gravy. This was yet another win the line up of food they metaphorically place the “foot-in”. I must say I have to come back here. This place has many meals I need to experience their spin on. In conclusion. I have one major complaint! My Publix bought lunch meat has to experience one more day of waiting around my fridge, yet another day closer to going bad, WHY?, Because im going on a picnic, and that lunch meat was for the sandwiches. Instead, highly impressed with The Toasted Yolk Cafe’s foods, I abandoned that path and went straight to ordering 2 sandwiches and salads to Crest a delicious morning with a continued delicious afternoon. Later this day, sitting in Memorial Park, reading books and taking in the surrounding beauty, we unpack our meals, drinks and the sort. The Toasted Yolk Café strikes (HOME RUN ACTUALLY) again. We had a great time and a wonderful meal. The club sandwiches were robust with flavor. Smiling we were, still be cradled with the quality of The Toasted Yolk’s craftsmanship his and miles away…
My apologies lunch meat.

I love me some COLBY (and I am not talking about Jack Cheese ). Colby was my waiter at The Toasted Yolk, and he was very knowledgeable about the menu, professional, and best of all very personable. He made my dining experience even better.
I went to have brunch with a friend and absolutely enjoyed the large well lit dining area with a quiet ambiance due to the time of our arrival. I ordered the salmon salad with a side of fries. The salmon was cooked and seasoned to perfection. No need to add salt nor pepper to the meal. The fries were just the right temperature to enjoy them as soon as the plate hit the table. Once set up, Colby stayed not too close and not too far to serve use if we needed something else. He was attentive but not aggressive with waiting for our order. I ordered a Purple Pulse drink and it was fixed to perfection. The taste was absolutely quenching but not over powering. I will definitely return. I love that they have a military discount. For under 30 dollars my meal was well worth the price and peace. I will see you guys again very soon.

Greeted by cleanliness, professionalism, promptness, fresh food, teamwork and the smile when Caroline came to serve us was so welcoming. We joined a wait-list and we’re seated when we arrived. The brisket was a hit and we enjoyed our family time and meals. I will say after reading previous reviews about eggs not being done correctly. We all had eggs and they were all cooked great. The mimosa was okay. The coffee booze drink was good. The donuts we tried were crunchy outside, hot gooey inside and went well with the provided hot caramel. We will be returning customers. Thank you for all you do. Keep it up team!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is consistently friendly, may need more staff. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do.

This is probably the best brunch spot iv had the pleasure of experiencing! Not only was the service amazing, the food was actually very good as well. I ordered the granola apple French toast and added blueberries for an extra charge but it was so worth it. My husband ordered the west coast Arnold (eggs Benedict). He was skeptical at first because he can’t find eggs Benedict he actually likes, let’s just say the delivered! I will most definitely be back! Thanks Rylie for a great experience!

Small portions. Expensive. Crunchy and discolored cantaloupe tastes like it went bad. I feel I can cook better and could save money.quality is just not here. First watch/grumpies much better. This place good for alcohol though that’s about it.

On my way to the airport my friend and I searched for breakfast locations nearby. Although 20 minutes away I read the reviews here about the food and Colby, we packed up and headed to The Toasted Yolk and low and beyond our server was Mr. Colby. He provided amazing service and laughs for the day. Thank you for the hospitality and great food.

My son wanted to take me out for Mother’s Day, so we went on the Saturday before to avoid all the chaos. We arrived and didn’t have to wait to be seated, which was great! Our server, Riley, came right over to us and immediately took our drink orders. When she came back with the drinks, she told us about the daily specials and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. I ordered the Double Decker omelet, my son ordered French Toast with Blueberries, and his girlfriend had a really nice burrito. Despite the amount of people in the restaurant, we didn’t have a very long wait time for the food to arrive. It was all hot and delicious and the portions were big enough to have leftovers. This was my first time at the Toasted Yolk, but I can definitively say that I will be back! Thank you for such great service Riley!
