Had a pretty pleasant experience this past weekend. Service was prompt and kind, food was super tasty as acknowledged by all party members, atmosphere was chill with festive lights! Only thing I would suggest them fixing is the heat. It was so cold that we had to wear our winter jackets to be comfortable throughout the experience.

The food came out promptly, everything tasted great, we had a server Christine who was super friendly, I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants such as Applebees but I’ll be sure to come back because of her. I asked her to change a channel on the TV to watch the football game and she did it right away, usually I wait at my local restaurants when I ask because I’m big into sports and they don’t care as much. Overall great experience!!

I recently visited with my family to celebrate a birthday, and we all left hungry. My family wanted to visit since it was their first time, and they were highly disappointed. The food was okay; we tried the Ultimate Trio Appetizer (mozzarella sticks, quesadillas, boneless wings), a cheeseburger with fries, onion rings, and the Shrimp ‘N Parmesan steak sirloin with mashed potatoes and green beans. The trio was a decent appetizer except for the wings; the texture was tough. My steak was cold by the time I was able to eat, as my utensils were dirty. I was told that the onion rings were quite crispy, served with a nice tangy sauce. The cheeseburger’s presentation was unappetizing and I was told that it tasted like it came from a high school cafeteria, and that the fries were better than the burger.
The service we received from Zoey was insulting. After the entrees were brought over, I noticed that my utensils were dirty (see photos). I looked at the other tables being waited, checking for my waitress and she couldn’t be found. After about 20 minutes she and another waitress came back inside the restaurant and began chatting behind the bar. I waved for her attention. Seemingly annoyed, she walked over. I showed her the dirty fork and steak knife, and explained that I wasn’t able to eat yet because my utensils were dirty. Zoey did not respond and stared at me with a smile. I iterated that I needed clean utensils and Zoey continued to blankly smile at me. I then asked for a cup of hot water, to which Zoey replied, “Sure”. About 5 minutes later, Zoey arrived with a cup of hot water and I placed my utensils in the water; before she left the table I asked Zoey for to-go boxes as the tabletop was getting full. About two minutes later, Zoey came back with the boxes and my bill. I thanked her for the boxes and told her I didn’t need the check yet, to which Zoey replied, “Well I assumed since you wanted boxes you were ready for the check”. I told Zoey, “Oh, no. I’ll let you know when I’m ready for the check. But I do appreciate you for being proactive”. Zoey didn’t seem very interested in serving my table, and even after soaking for 10 minutes, my steak knife remained soiled.
Zoey’s demeanor changed when I finally asked for the check. She began to try and make small talk and was giggling as she spoke. I returned the banter as it was the only pleasant interaction betwixt us. My family was surprised by the experience and said that it didn’t live up to their expectations of what they thought “Applebees” was all about.
The atmosphere was nice. I liked that it was dimly lit and despite a few families being present, it wasn’t noisy. It would have been nice to have brighter lights at the individual booths and tables; my family had some trouble reading the menu. The lighting should be adjusted for those who struggle optically.
My family rated their food -6/10, and their overall experience -5/10. I personally would rate my food as 4/10 and my experience 0/10. ✨

Good deals, good food, and very cool staff. One of my favorite places whenever I’m craving for a good, reasonably priced meal and inexpensive drinks.
Btw, order from the “Really Big Meal Deal” menu sitting on all the tables. $15+tip for a burger, endless fries (which I normally get to go), a margarita, and a soda to go is real nice.

I cannot say enough lovely things about my time at this Applebee’s. I came in with a group of about eight people and we got timely and kind service. Our servers/bartenders Zoey and Andrea were absolutely amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed and that we were all taken care of. My group got some apps and drinks and it hit the spot! Between the great food and fantastic service we are already planning our next trip back!

love this place! the food is always good, especially paired with a good drink from the bar! great employees,wait times are short, food is always hot. although hot food, good drinks, and great atmosphere is always an ideal restaurant experience. your experience at applebees with be a very memorable one when being served by Berenice! she is a go to server in my mind every time i think of going to enjoy a meal at applebees. elite and deserves a gold star!

Well after a very long rough day my family & I had been anticipating getting Applebees in our Hometown. We use to go here all the time so imagine the disappointment when both of the cheeseburger entrees we ordered with no pink showed up from delivery. My family and I were all set up to relax with dinner and a movie together. Sat down and took a big bite into cold raw mooing burgers. I tried calling the restaurant at around 8:15pm on a Friday night ( I know it can get real busy) but that doesn’t mean we deserve inedible food. Not just pink the buns were soggy wet and the fries way over seasoned. I tried to fix them for my family but the damage was already done. My delivery person was top grade. Quality has definitely not this resultants main priority. If the chef isn’t qualified to handle dinner rush maybe he shouldn’t be in first position. I am not the type to send out bad reviews but this needed to be heard. Can’t seem to catch a break today.

I usually sit at the bar… Allison and Christine are the two bartenders that usually wait on me… they are both prompt with service and are very friendly. Never have to look for them when I need something. Always satisfied! Only problem is it’s always cold in there so bring your coat even in the winter.
