This place is disgusting and filthy. Ate here to find the tables are almost never cleaned between customers. Worst of all, I went to the restroom after I ate and was appalled by how unsanitary it was. It’s evident the men’s room hasn’t been cleaned in WEEKS as the toilet bowl is stained yellow from never even being brushed. The toilet and seat were covered in pubic hair, feces, and urine. Even the sink, where people are supposed to clean their hands, was absolutely filthy. If this is how unsanitary their bathrooms are, imagine what the rest of the restaurant is like, where they make your food… absolutely disgusted after leaving this restaurant.

Using the app, I’m able to place my order and time it just right so I can walk up and have my food ready to go without waiting in line. That’s a big reason why using the app is beneficial. I’m someone who likes to waste little time, especially when it comes to grabbing food. I probably waiting less then 20 minutes. I walked up near the cashier and my food was ready to go. If you purchase a drink. You will get the cup inside, make sure to fill your drink. Some customers like ice others don’t. This saves you from the hassle of getting what you want. It was quiet and the tables looked moderately clean. The outside seems nice with the right weather . Over all this was a great experience for myself and I would definitely recommend and come back here.

They left her up there. All alone to do the work of three. She was slammed. So I leave her a 5 star review. Everything else was bad. Well. She did burn the quesadilla. But that’s ok. A manager needs to step in and up to the plate !!!

I travel for work and I typically use chipotle as a place to get a quick, decent meal. I’ve been to many locations and can safely say this one is the worst. It’s typically filthy, the service is slow regardless of the amount of people in the store, and they’re always out of one or more protein options. This isn’t a one time occurrence as I still go often because the food available is still of decent quality.

So I just want to say that I barely leave reviews, but this deserves it! I have been to this location 3 times and each time is something. I order food I want extra on there THAT IM PAYING FOR!!!! But these employees just have to make side comments and throw their body just to grab more restock. I’m sorry but isn’t it YOUR JOB to serve customers! Whoever is in charge really needs to step up there game and get better employees. You really want rude employees who serve customers? While the food was good and the service we got was good, this Chipotle is an absolute mess. In order for the corporation to make as much profit as possible, they decide that on a Friday dinner rush, 3 workers is a good amount of people to have working. They were trying their best, but simply could not keep up with demand. Almost all the meats were out because only one worker was responsible for prepping it. The line was almost out the door because they only had one person on the line. There were about 10 people waiting for their online orders because one person was in charge of that – I watched as someone had to cancel their order because they couldn’t wait 45 minutes for Chipotle. Fast food?? Yea right – you’ll wait longer here than a sit down restaurant. If I worked there, this shift would have been enough for me to walk out. I feel so bad for the workers and as you can see, every station was filthy because they didn’t have a moment to spare to clean up. That is a food safety issue as well.

Every single time my partner and I have come to this Chipotle we’ve been disappointed. First, we mobile ordered and both of our bowls were missing 2 ingredients we ordered. The second time we went, the chips were extremely undercooked. Third time definitely wasn’t the charm – we received our bowls via online ordering and the portions were so small. Fourth time, we thought we’d give it one more chance. We went inside to order, and they were out of every protein, INCLUDING veggies. This was at 7pm on a Wednesday night. Ordered online and my salad had so little lettuce, I don’t think it qualifies as a salad. Appeared to be very minimal protein. A really sad looking salad. I do feel food is overpriced for the portion they’re serving. Place is always a mess and you can wait 20+ minutes after your order time, while you watch the line filter through. Almost no benefit to ordering online. They really seem to be going downhill.
Edited: conveniently the company is asking for further details but the page gives an error message. They clearly do not care to remedy the situation since it’s been months of poor reviews.
