Went there around 3:30/3:45pm. Got sat immediately. It took 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were there, even then it was a manager who was doing interviews. 10 minutes later our waitress shows up. We order drinks, food and appetizers. Another 20 minutes pass by. No drinks or food. The manager who found our waitress brings out mozzarella sticks, still no food or drinks. There about 45 minutes to an hour. No drinks and mozzarella sticks a manager brought us not even our waitress. It was like we weren’t even there. Ended up walking up. Asking to pay our bill and leave. Do not recommend this location at all. Will not be back.

Been coming here since 2006, playing golden tee after work at TOGR, and have seen good and bad. Here today 26, and the place is clean, friendly and Alex and staff are great. Fast clean and efficient. Will be back appreciate them.

I would give a 3.5 if I could. Visited for the first time on a Sunday to watch the Lions game. It was really busy but we were seated within 10 minutes and ordered drinks, apps, and food when the server first came to our table. She brought it out pretty quickly but we weren’t in a rush. We went to the bathroom and came back out and suddenly we had a new server (even though our “old” server was still serving the table next to us). I don’t understand why that happened.
So the new server started rushing us, gave us the bill, gave us boxes.. it was still the third quarter of the game and we ordered $60 worth of food but she clearly wanted us to leave. I eventually felt offended when she took our chips and salsa even though we were still eating so we just left. The game wasn’t over but it was too frustrating to stay. I did really enjoy the food, just not how we were treated.
Also, the bathrooms were dirty.

The food wasn’t great. Beer selection is ok. Cole was a good server. But nobody who worked there could see all the debris on the floor, apparently. Napkins, straw wrappers, food, even a fork all strewn in the aisles and the servers
just walked over it. We were there for a couple hours and nobody bothered to do anything about the obviously filthy floor and they really weren’t that busy. Gross. I won’t be back.

I ordered take out to pick up at 6:10 for the Super Bowl which I understand is probably one of their busiest days of the year. I did not end up getting my food until 7:00 — fifty minutes late. Had to ask for updates on when it would be ready the entire time I was waiting. I placed the takeout order well in advance at noon earlier in the day. Extremely disappointed by the service. They did give half a refund but at this point I do not feel like it was sufficient for how late it was. If they are going to be too busy, they shouldn’t accept takeout orders. Will not be coming back to this location.

Picked up my online order and got home to realize that part of my all traditional wings order came as boneless. Gave them a call and they asked if i would like to bring it back after driving 20 minutes home, instead they offered to give me a partial refund. 2.5 months later I still haven’t received the refund, I assume they just told me that in hopes I’d forget. Horrible service

If I could do a zero I would..have ordered plenty of times without an issue but all of a sudden, on the app, we have to click this that and the third even though we were charged exactly the same! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU WANT PROPER SERVICE! They make it a YOU problem and charge for everything that you don’t receive!!

Customer service has been exceptional! Alex the manager at the 28th St Store took the time to explain to me how the UFC PPV works and personally invited us to join in on the fun! He went above and beyond to make sure we felt appreciated. Alex is a real asset to an iconic restraunt. I was referred to the 28th St store by the manager at the Alpine location. (I didnt catch his name). Instead of brushing me off which I expected, he also took time to listen and send me in the right direction. We are looking forward to fight nights at BDUBS on 28th St!

So I ordered the guacamole dip and they didn’t even make it. They just cut an avocado put tomato onions on top no lime no salt literally nothing. Just a smashed avocado……an they gave me like 5 fries on my plate my waitress was nice and the margaritas was good but if you didn’t want to make the guacamole Just tell me Like I understand why waste people money? Ain’t your job to make the food?

I’ve been to all of the surrounding Bdubs locations and this is the best one by far. I’ve been here 10+ times now and I can say without a doubt that this location has the most consistent service. Food is always perfect and service is always great!
