Poor Management, Great Food
We visited around noon for lunch. The restaurant was quite busy,at least 10 tables were seated at the same time, yet there was only one server on the floor. He did an excellent job under pressure, so this is certainly not his fault, but scheduling just one employee during rush hour shows poor management planning. We ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before we could even place our order.
That said, the food quality was excellent as always. Buffalo Wild Wings has never failed to deliver consistent taste and flavor no matter the location. I would definitely come back if the service improves in the future.

This location is like a Buffalo Wild Wings club. The atmosphere is electric, vibrant, and busy. My party ordered Street Tacos with an Onion Ring Platter and The Ultimate Nachos. I wanted to order a salad however this location has been out of salads (romaine lettuce) for roughly five days now (per the cashier). The To-go order was placed at 7:06 and we did not receive our food until after 7:50 pm. The reason for the four stars was due to the customer service and the great-tasting food. There was a Denver Broncos game on and this place was crowded. Therefore, we knew service was going to be a little slow. I recommend you check your food before leaving to make sure everything you paid for is inside your bags. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of watching the game (while I waited) and chatting with groups of diverse people.

Chase with the Doberman Tattoo on his hand is an excellent server.
I came for the Super Bowl halftime show after work – Crusty and probably smelling like dogs (I work in animal welfare) and he was prompt to deliver my food and drinks despite the busyness of the restaurant.
He noticed I was emotional and alone, covered in dewormer and hair a mess and he came and shared a brief interaction with me. It was the most humane experience I’ve ever had and I work at a humane society, Chase is a great server and deserves a raise.
Food was excellent, hot, and exactly what I ordered. Beer was cold and I had a great time for being there all of 20 minutes.

Always exceptional service here! Plenty of seating and better burgers than you’d expect from a wing joint also. It’s a great place to catch any sporting event obviously but the staff is the stand out here.

I personally love BWW and the family and I eat at the Longmont location often. The service is usually ok. Not great but not horrible. Tonight on the other hand I left fuming. We were there 2 hours because we were waiting so long for food and when it did come it was wrong. They weren’t refilling drinks or coming by our table at all so we didn’t get any ranch or tell anyone who gave a shit that our food wasn’t right. I would be understanding and not complaining if it was crazy busy but we went at 3:00 on a Monday and there were only 3 other tables. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed because all the other waiters were just standing around doing nothing. We spoke with the GM and was disappointed that he didn’t want to do more to make things right. I will not be going back to this location.

We order takeout maybe once a month or so. Almost every time, something is missing or the wings have no sauce or even once, the queso lid had completely melted off and they still handed it to me. So, it goes without saying, check your orders before leaving!!

I thought their wings would be good. But they were over cooked and sauces were mediocre. Really disappointed with the quality of the food they serve. Few years back it was awesome. Now it stinks. I think now it is about profits. Not the customer anymore. Higher price less quality

We placed an order online for 20 wings with large fries. When we got our order back home however, we discovered that we didn’t get our fries and our chicken was “lightly sauced”. We then called the restaurant and I spoke to DeMarco(hope the spelling is correct) who immediately apologized for their errors with our order and we are scheduled to pick up a freshly remade order tomorrow. Shout out to DeMarco for having outstanding customer service in making this right!

0 stars for the host, 5 stars for Donny! When we first arrived, we waited for the host for a couple of minutes even though it wasn’t even busy (got there around 530 pm on 11/18). When he finally came over, we asked for a booth (could see multiple were open and clean) but he acted like this was an inconvenience and said he had to coordinate with the waiters to get something cleaned but he could seat us at the bar right away. I should mention we could barely hear him as well. We didn’t want to sit at the bar so we just said we would wait. Ended up waiting 5 min, whatever, to get seated at a half booth half table 2 person spot. So while there were other booths and plenty of spots open, he made us wait and made us feel like an inconvenience because he wanted to sit us at a different table. Alright.
Luckily we got Donny as a server. We haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in literal years but had a gift card which is what brought us in. Given the reviews and first experience with the host, our expectations were set pretty low, but Donny turned that around. He was very kind and attentive, checking in numerous times on everything and kept our drinks full. He even recommended some chipotle barbecue dry rub on the tots which was a great suggestion. Unlike other reviews, our food was good quality— the boneless wings were large. Overall we really appreciate Donny making sure we had a great experience!
