Edit – I was contacted to put a formal review which I did. 3 days later I was called by management to let me know they watched the cameras and are moving forward to make changes.
TLDR – Come here for Togo orders and expect 0 customer service. No water nozzle
There is not water nozzle to fill a cup with water and apparently the employees have to log every water cup that comes out which takes 2ish minutes apparently.
The interaction that this is about was on 2/1 between 9:13-9:22am. 2 managers a red head and an older brown hair. I stand with a lidless water cup at the station waiting for a refill. The brown haired manager takes a phone call, walks past me, and while walking back walks past me again and at no point makes eye contact or saying anything. The red head physically avoids making eye contact while waiting a for food for an order twice & as she gives a to-go order right next to me avoids eye contact and still says nothing to me. Absolutely unprofessional

I stopped by this McDonald’s in Foothill Farms after a long morning of errands, and honestly, the place turned my whole day around. The crew was laughing about something when I walked in, and somehow their mood rubbed off on me. My fries were actually hot—like, too-hot-to-hold hot—and the iced coffee tasted way better than usual. For a fast-food stop, it felt surprisingly human. Left smiling for no real reason.

I was in the drive thru today and my order was passed out to someone else. That wasn’t my issue though. It’s an easy fix. My issue was the guy at the window. I understand things can be frustrating during the work day but that does not give him the excuse to yell at the other employees. I felt bad for whoever was getting yelled at like that. Mistakes happen. I wasn’t upset about my order at all I was more disturbed that someone in a higher position thinks it’s ok to yell at his employees like that.

Really like this McDonald’s because of the playground, kids can enjoy their time here, rain or shine. Food, service is good but a little dirty, no one is cleaning the tables or the floors Other than that, it is a great place

This is the brand new McDonald’s on Elkhorn Boulevard and they just opened their doors. It’s beautiful inside. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You can use a touch screen computer to order or you can talk to a live person. The food was fast and hot like you would expect at McDonald’s. The coffee was great.

Not only was this McDonald’s extremely clean but I am a connoisseur of the chocolate milkshake and I must say that one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever got was today at this McDonald’s. And the young guy at the front counter pretty amazing service. I will actually go out of my way to come to this McDonald’s when I feel like McDonald’s period

I ordered two double cheeseburgers and 2 mcchickens with a medium fry. The medium fry was literally not even full i got a half a box of fries for as much as the two mcchicken sandwiches lol. This is so ridiculous for the price!
