This is the quality of food you should expect if you ever eat here. They do not care for quality of your food, how it looks let alone how it’s cooked. They serve you old meat and destroy your sandwich if they decide what you wanted was annoying. There has never been an correction of this in my time ordering here and they have 0 pride in their work. I suggest you go to Wendy’s or Culvers despite the price as at least there you get quality food and service.
Being fast food is not a good excuse when you’re surrounded by other options that actually respect you as a customer.
Edit: So I would like to add that they now are undercooking their food, despite people I work with trying to convince me they have gotten better under new management they seem to have actually gotten worse. I wanted to try their new burger and when it got here it was a little pink in the middle so I thought nothing of it because it is beef you know only to realize half way through it wasn’t cooked at all really. Got intense food poisoning. For the safety of yourself and your kids you should avoid any sort of food hear. Go to Culver’s or Wendy’s. Hell wait for Jersey Mikes, this place doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.

I came through the drive thru around 9pm and I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal. The cashier was ok but the guy who hands you the food practically thrown my drink at me and my food like I was an inconvenience. Before I even got my meal in the truck he had the window slammed shut. The fries were overcooked and cold, my drink was not how I ordered it. Save yourself a trip if your wanting good service cause this location clearly lacks it

Restaurant was extremely dirty. It wasn’t just from tracked in snow but the floor was sticky with grease. Waited for 20 minutes to get 2 breakfast meals for dine in and when asked the manager about it she just kept saying they are short handed and spent more time making excuses than handling orders. By the time the food arrived it was all ice cold. Others in the restaurant were also complaining and the manager had an attitude when anyone would ask about their order or ice because there was none. Don’t waste your time at this McDonald’s….its terrible.

Two drive up lanes. We’re behind a pickup on the outside lane. The inside lane has orders being taken and vehicles arriving after us are being served. Guy in the truck calls out and gets waited on after giving us a What’s up? look. We pull up-nothing. No acknowledgement we’re there. Two more cars on inside lane get waited on that arrived after us. Husband calls Hello and was told to give her a moment. Third car pulls up in inside lane and gets served so we left.

It takes forever to get ur food, I went there a couple weeks ago and it took a hour for a frappe, I went here yesterday for a DoorDash and was told to pull up to the third window (they weren’t even busy) and waited 20 minutes for no order, so I go inside and then the staff grabs the food and says they “forgot” the employees here are also very rude and seem to not want to deal with customers, there’s times I’ve had the window slammed on me because one of the female workers didn’t wanna hand me my food? Like I think it’s really immature that you won’t hand someone their food.

Ordered 2 steak bagels and they used sausage, definitely wasn’t steak. Had to go back in twice. The cook laughed like it was funny. It’s definitely not funny when you pay for food and people can’t read. GET SOME GLASSES!!!

I ordered online. Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:28 waited 5 minutes with no response. I pulled forward and they gave me intense attitude because “I ordered breakfast after they changed the menu” what a terrible experience and a waiste of a lunch break. I did not eat today.

Mold growth can take several days to several weeks to incubate and soda machines and their nozzles should be soaked and cleaned every 24 hours in the restaurant industry
Hopefully the health inspector fairy pays yall a visit, who knows how many people you have made sick during this time of neglect
