Literally NEVER order Uber Eats from this location, because it will be made incorrectly 100% of the time. One actually wonders if this is done intentionally. Regardless, I won’t be ordering from here again unless I’m physically present to watch my food being made—which isn’t even an option after about 7 PM, when they lock the doors and force customers to order online. Meanwhile, other Chipotle locations allow walk-ins until 11 PM, so this feels especially unreasonable.
When you’re pushed into ordering takeout, you’re charged extra delivery fees, yet they still can’t manage to get the order right. I’ve overlooked past mistakes, but tonight was the final straw. I ordered two bags of chips with tomatillo salsa, and neither included salsa. On top of that, I received someone else’s burrito entirely—every component was wrong.
There appears to be little to no oversight at this location. I’ve never seen a manager or anyone who seems to be in charge. I understand that many of the employees appear to be high school–aged, but given the consistently poor Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor reviews, you’d think corporate or a district manager would step in at some point.
This is especially disappointing because I generally enjoy Chipotle and crave it from time to time, yet this location fails to deliver—literally and figuratively—every single time.

Looking to kill two hours and your appetite? Chipotle’s got you covered.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to dine in a post-apocalyptic food court, may I recommend the Chipotle in Mt Pleasant? We placed a simple online order at 7:15 PM. You know, two bowls—nothing wild, just the kind of meal you’d assume could be assembled in under five minutes by any functioning human with opposable thumbs. We finally got our food at 9 PM. I could’ve raised a chicken and taught it to dice itself in less time.
While we waited, we enjoyed the restaurant’s ambiance: dirty floors littered with trash, leaves, and what I assume was either a pile of rice or something that crawled off someone’s shoe. Speaking of crawling—there were actual roaches walking around the kitchen like they were on shift. I even caught one strolling between an employee’s legs like it was clocking in for the dinner rush. Bon appétit.
There were no napkins. The sauce station looked like a crime scene. And don’t worry about trying to speak to a human—there was no in-person ordering. Just heaps of paper bags stacked like they were building a Chipotle fort to hide from customer complaints.
And when the sacred moment finally came… the bowls we waited two hours for didn’t even have meat in them. No meat. Just vibes. The vegetarian lifestyle chose us that night, apparently.
If you’re into long waits, health code violations, and the thrilling possibility of pest-borne illness, this is your spot. Otherwise, maybe just eat a granola bar and cry in your car. It’ll be faster, cleaner, and more satisfying.

I arrived at restaurant to place my order and pick up my son’s online order. The restaurant has a sign saying they were digital only, only accepting app orders. Before my son’s quesadilla child be made they ran out of cheese and handed me a bag with a bowls of rice, queso and chicken without any explanation or comment. After waiting 50 minutes for my order the staff announced they had no chicken (I had a chicken bowl with cheese). I just wanted my money back but staff said they had no control over app orders (which was the only way to order). Using the app to get support resulted in a “server couldn’t be reached” error. I wasted an hour of my time and about $11 for nothing. I hope that Chipotle makes this right.

The worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. No white rice, no chips, no soda, no ice, no fajita veggies, no tomato salsa- I could go on. We basically paid for a bowl of shredded cheese which is beyond infuriating considering the price. The place was filthy. I will not be returning since it appears it is like this more often than not.

I very rarely write reviews but I have to review this location to commend them on the great job they are doing. I quit coming to this location about a year or so ago because the quality had really gone down, service was terrible, they never had anything, low staffed, and the place was really dirty. I decided to come back and three times in a row this location has been fantastic. Tons of people working, clean space, great quality, good servings, fully stocked. Great work to all of the folks working to turn this location around! I was really sad to see it deteriorate!

This review is for Ashley who worked the cash register on 11/12. She was so professional and kind towards our family of five. It is rare to come across individuals in the fast food industry who bring a smile and great customer service. Ashley is one of a kind. Thank you so much!

Kevin was very helpful in modifying our order for our daughter who did not like the barbacoa.

This Chipotle is an absolute embarrassment. Every single time I’ve gone, something is wrong. They’re constantly out of ingredients—major ingredients—not small stuff. Half the menu might as well not exist because it’s “unavailable,” “out,” or “online only.” It feels like nobody is running this place.
The service is awful. The staff looks completely untrained, unprepared, and frustrated, and it shows in every interaction. The whole restaurant has this miserable, chaotic energy where everyone seems stressed, annoyed, or checked out. It’s uncomfortable to stand in there, let alone order food.
I’ve given this location more chances than it deserved, and it fails every time. It’s one of the worst-run restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’m done with this place for good, and anyone thinking about going should save themselves the frustration.

This place is a mess! Every table in the restaurant was dirty. The line was dirty. They were out of hard shells and were only offering guacamole for app orders. They were jumping the line in assembling the food so we ended getting charged for someone else’s food because it was out of order. The chips were stale. The food was not carefully assembled at all. This Chipotle needs corporate intervention.

One of the filthiest chipotles I’ve ever been to. I’m surprised this one hasn’t been shut down by DHEC yet. They close whenever they want to and use the excuse an hour or 2 before their closing time that they run out of food all the time. It’s not that they run out of food; it’s that they refuse to cook more food after 9:30pm when they close at 11pm. They lock their doors between 10 and 10:30 to refuse service. Their employees don’t last longer than 2 weeks as they are never trained on what customer service is. The last few times I’ve walked in before 9pm, they will have the loudest rap music blaring to where they can barely hear your order across the counter. And don’t dare and try and get your order in online at night. If you order chips after 9pm; sorry, they’re sold out and when you go to pick up your online order they will not refund you for the chips you pay for. They tell you to call customer service. They need to shut down this location as it gives the Chipotle brand a horrible reputation.

Horrible atmosphere, unimpressed all around. Asked the register worker for more of the green sauce and he got out the box of it for us and walked back to the register. So we put back up the containers that he had left out and the rude lady with curly braids started yelling across the store at us. The nice register worker apologized for her embarrassing actions.
