Easy access to this location off the main road. Was clean, open with good views. Service was fairly quick but noticed few smiles & cheerfulness we’ve come to see at many Starbucks locations.

Full handicapped accessibility is a plus!

When I walked in the space felt very open. The area across from the ordering counter is very open and well lit. It’s quite lovely.
The baristas were very friendly.  One was engaging with some other customers when I was looking at the pastries, and I heard her offer to take a drink back and add more flavoring. That’s the Starbucks service model!  The customer was really happy and the barista seemed sincere about wanting to do it for her.
My chocolate cold brew, a new offering at the time of this review, is crazy good!  The delightful chocolate foam brought me back to childhood chocolate memories . Yes, that good! And, of course, we all know Starbucks cold brew is the best on the market.
I’m pleased I stopped in this location to try the chocolate cold brew. I not only had a terrific drink, but I enjoyed the store.

The staff don’t seem very friendly or attentive to customers. On most visits, my drink has been made incorrectly, which is frustrating — especially because I have a dairy allergy. I’ve requested non-dairy cold foam but have still been given dairy.

Dear Starbucks: you need to stop making customers demand cup sleeves and straws. Every other single coffee shop, locally owned or big company, doesnt do this (and their drinks are about half of your price). In fact, Dunkin and McDonalds, for example, have cups that are made to protect the customer’s hand with built-in sleeves. Starbucks is a huge company and their job is literally to cater to customers of a hot drink – FIGURE THIS OUT! Stop making customers feel guilty for asking for something that every other retailer who sells hot coffee has already figured out a long time ago. This is silly and petty. I am honestly embarrassed for you. Focus more on improving customer experience and less on petty efforts to save half a cent that only tell the customer you dont care about their experience.

It’s a starbucks lol – nice staff, good drinks, and a high price tag to match. The vibes are pretty nice though, and I make a habit of coming to at least one starbucks a day – this one has kind workers, but they clearly didn’t have enough people. Big wait for the drink, which was pretty unfortunate. It came to me hot though which I was happy with!

I’m tired of receiving drinks that are 1/2 – 3/4 of the way full. The first picture is deceiving – there’s still foam and whipped cream that will melt. I don’t want to slurp whipped cream, I want to sip my coffee, but when the milk is missing from the latte, it’s hard to do that.

Once is a fluke. Twice is a pattern. Anything more is a common practice, and this location clearly practices making money by saving on product.

The last time I ordered inside instead of through the drive thru, I received a half full cup. I did not take a sip and asked to have the drink topped with more steamed milk. The brat behind the counter snapped that they can’t do that. We stared at each other a moment before she complained that she’ll have to remake it. Dear child, make it right the first time and you won’t have that problem. What awful customer service.

It’s Starbucks. They smile at you and sell you a venti for an actual bag of ground coffee. Great place of your lazy to make your own coffee. Wishing there was a more robust, earthy, make in the socks kinda coffee on the menu rather than all the pink pony sugar cane white girl vibes
