My husband went in to grab lunch to go today. He had to make the order 3 different times because it was wrong! He ordered a #4 combo and a #11 combo. First they only gave him the chicken sandwich and drink. Second time they gave him the burger and 1 fry. 3rd time just the fry that was still missing but still no drink! He just gave up on the drink. When he told them it was the 3rd time having to order they just said “oh no!” And just stood there. Our food was also cold and not very good. Second time this week they have messed up our orders badly. The first was breakfast and had missing items. Don’t think we will be going back. Workers are also rude as hell and sound snippy and irritated. Don’t think we will be back. Do better.

I often drive from Columbia to this Hardee’s location because unfortunately, there’s no longer a Hardee’s in Columbia. There’s a wonderful worker here named Blake who really stands out. He’s always attentive, ensuring our order is correct, and he provides excellent customer service. Even during busy times, Blake remains polite and respectful, and I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism.

One of the best Hardee’s locations I’ve been to. I ordered the 3-piece chicken strip meal and it was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the fries were great too. Fast service and a clean dining area made the stop even better. Definitely worth stopping if you’re passing through Boonville.
