Can’t get the basics right! Went last night and spent $15! Sourdough Jack has 2 slices of bread! Looked like the burgers we make at the house! Stale & cold! Not sure why they chose to open late if people working there don’t care! I could dispute the charge, but what’s the point! Cook was terrible! Surely overpaid cause he if worked for free it would still be too much!

Went to this location 11-25-2025 to get dinner and had multiple issues during my visit. They forgot multiple food items, we ordered mozzarella sticks and received none, we ordered an apple juice with my kids meal and also did not receive that. On top of the missing items we were charged for and didn’t receive, they were also doing that thing to keep their drive thru times down or whatever, instead of keeping you at the window and letting the company know how they’re actually performing, they just tell you to get out of the drive thru and go park in a handicap spot out front and wait 10-15+ minutes for your order. Not sure if management frowns upon that practice or not but it upsets a lot of customers including myself; especially when I get home after waiting 10-15 minutes and find out you charged me for food I didn’t even get. I would advise you to go to a different location because this one just can’t get it right. Enjoy the money y’all steal from your customers by leaving items out of their orders.

Order a burger patty didn’t have any grill marks look like had been place food holder to finish cooking. The bread rubbery had been held for awhile not fresh.The front counter and drive thru female just didn’t want to be there. The most pressing issues is when I saw her baggie hash brown with her hands.. No gloves no tong . And during that time didn’t even wash hands after handling food. I worked JIB 13 years started kitchen end up regional manager franchise. Times have changed.

Tried to get a shake here i would guess 6 times. Their ice cream machine has been “not working” 5 times. Even called ahead once half joking once saying their machine is always down. And it was. Food is usually good though. Morning crew is fast. Night crew is dreadfully slow

Went through the drive through with my two children and placed my order then heard cursing. Guess they didn’t know I could still hear them. Got the food went home and had to throw it all away as there was hair in the fries and food was cold. Will never go there again and waste my money.

They always have cleanest ladies restroom! Always smells like it’s constantly being cleaned multiple times a day! The only public restroom I use on El Dorado.

I decided to try again. I ordered a click chicken sandwich. The chicken is refried to the point of you can’t bite it. When you try to call the location it says voicemail full. Apparently they don’t like to resolve customer complaints. This is poor service for $11.00 the price of the combo.

We love the jack in the box milk shakes and it the main reason we come besides the food, but we came about a month ago and were told the machine was down and just came today and its still broken. Is it really broken Or yall just dont want to serve them??
