Do not waste your time here. If you’re going through drive-thru, it’s going to take 20 mins to take your order. Then when they finally start taking your order they will pretend their credit card machine doesn’t work and they only take cash (so they can limit their orders). The person taking the order will have a huge attitude and then when you get to the window it’s a complete 180° and they are nice as pie. Either close this location or hire workers because there’s no reason for this ever.

Went threw the driverthrew. Placed an order for 4 orders of chicken tenders. Was really happy that they said they would have to make them and it would take about 6 or 7 minutes. I had no problem with that, as I would be getting them freshly made.
I get home and there was only 2 orders in the bag. I try to call the phone number on line but the number was disconnected. Why is thar number still on line for the store?
I returned to the store and they remembered me and the order and said they were sorry and to pull right up. I said I want two freshly made orders and not the ones they forgot to give me. The girl at the order window said that there was only 2 people working and they didnt have time to make them new. I told her I dont care and I wanted a new order made. She then said I was yelling at her and I said I was not yelling, I was just telling her I did not want the ones she forgot to give me, I want fresh ones that are hot and not sitting around since she didnt give them to me originally.
Your company sucks and the chicken tenders are not worth the time, trouble, money and the gas waisted to drive back to your company. I assure you it will never happen again. Never Wendys again for me or my family!

Horrible experience with this location’s “manager”. She was completely rude. The staff weren’t interested in taking my order, I was forced to use the kiosk because there were no staff to take the order. My husband had a coupon and you can’t use a coupon on the kiosk. The manager had my husband yell his order across the restaurant as she sat at the drive thru register. She had to take his credit card and phone with the coupon with her back there which I found really inappropriate. She told me not to come back after we complained about the terrible service- multiple items missing from the order, her rude behavior, etc. I called customer service after this experience and it’s been 2 weeks, I never got a call back.

This location is probably the worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to. I have gone here multiple times, the employees attitudes are the worst. Every time there is something wrong with my order. The girls in the back are singing and yelling the whole time. Today I went with my mother cause she wanted lunch, we were the only people in the store. They made my food and put it on the counter without calling my name. I went up and saw it was just sitting there. The nuggets and fries were freezing cold. I asked her if she even called my name and she had a very bad attitude and said I yelled it. I know for a fact she didn’t. But the whole time we were there I could clearly hear their whole conversation in the back.

Overall every time I go in here the experience is awful.

Typical fast food. Our family was debating which fast food chain has the best burger and fries. We took a day to try all five of the local (Souderton, PA area) offerings that were roughly equivalent: 1/4 pound burger, with lettuce, onion, tomato, sauce and cheese.

Wendy’s burger took 5th place, their fries took 4th

Done with Wendy’s. Cold burgers smothered in Mayo. Cold fries. Last baked potato sold at 6:00 pm. No one knows how to make a potato? Chicken tenders cold. Chicken sandwich’s cold. Waste of $41 . Can of soup would have been better.

If you’re going to be open until 1 am it doesn’t mean just use the left overs from the dinner rush. Got a regular large baconator meal with fries that were so old and freezer burnt they looked like they had been picked off the ground. Wendy’s slogan for this location is “proving time and time again why you should go to McDonald’s”
