This is the worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. The A/C is on in the dining room and it is 40 degrees outside. The entire staff has sweatshirts and jackets on except for the ones in the kitchen. A restaurant should be comfortable for the paying customers not the kitchen staff. I went into the bathroom as a emplyee with dreads was walking out. No name tag or I would
Let you know. The paper towel dispenser was out and I watched him go back to work handling orders. Now I would think that one who washed their hands would note that the dispenser was empty and first let someone know or refilled it so my guess is he didn’t even wash his hands. The souped up Coke drink machine was out of half of its flavors and none seemed to care. The only reason this place does any business is because the 95 traffic assumes it will be up to par. The locals don’t use, I’m willing to bet. None of the employees care which seems to be standard in today’s environment.

Went through here on vacation on 4/21 around 4:00 and had the worst experience ever. We love zaxbys but this one almost ruined it. The lady at the front was rushing us to order and was all out just rude. They had people in non uniforms coming in and out the back getting little bags of stuff. The food oh my god . We got a zax snacks and a zaxseas meal and it was the worst. The chicken was not cooked all the way the shrimp omg if you can’t cook it don’t serve it. The shrimp was not cooked but on the outside like it was put in the fryer until the outside crisped up. We got like 10 fries each I mean one of our meals didn’t even have fries in it. The atmosphere was just all out nasty the tables were not clean I had to get my brother up from the table becaUe it had sauce all over it and all the tables were like that just nasty so we just ate in the car. We also needed to use the bathroom but the men’s was terrible toilet paper everywhere, looked like pubs in the sink and pee on the toilet. The women’s was no better from what my mother said. There was trash on the floor and tampon wrapers to. Also explain this how was there pee on the women’s toilet now come on. So in the end this place was terrible we will never be back. And to the lady at the front I’m sorry your life is so bad you have to be mean to costumers to make yourself feel better. So for warning DO NOT EAT HERE. P.s if you think I’m exaggerating, we talk to a couple that came in at the same time as us and their meals were the same way if I could give this place zero stars I would.

So I literally just got my food from Zaxby’s,paid $12.01 cent in cash and was asked if I would like the receipt .. well I wish I had said yes because my food is terrible . The level of disappointment is very heavy. I.got the shrimp meal with and extra Zaxby’s sauce and the shrimp were overly cook almost dark brown yuck and it looked like someone ate half of my fries before handing the bag to me ,we are not gonna talk about my bread … Count your days Zaxby’s in Brunswick Georgia.. count your days.

Zaxby’s well enough said, lol(amazing)! From the time you walk into one until you leave you will be satisfied! The great tasting chicken sandwiches with a butter toasted bun, yummy ! Their salads are also great and very fulfilling! The prices are just right. Plus make sure you get some of their sauces to really make your taste buds shout that go along with their delicious deep fried pickles, plus other favorite side dishes! This is the best Zaxby’s I’ve been to in a decade. Other reviews seem to not be pleased, but our experience was great. It reminded me of when Zaxby’s was a new restaurant and made good food.
