Usually good food but the workers..go in to place an order the cashier on her phone texting and never greeted or even asked for my order. The cook in back she spoke. I guess hard to find good help. When the young guys were working there I never had an issue. The older guy in a Camaro would always close about 6pm despite store hours.

Waited 26 minutes and 46 seconds for two biscuits. Yes.. two biscuits. They made me pull up and park like it was a catering order.
When the food finally came out, it was cold, stale, and below mid. Nothing about it tasted fresh or worth the price. Paying over $12 for two biscuits and getting food that feels like it was sitting around is wild.

First time visiting this location. We were the only ones there my friend and I. I would have given them five stars but when I looked at my sandwich it had the tomato core not cut out of it. Also when I needed to use the restroom after eating the employees had both restrooms occupied with no one else in the facility… I suppose it could have been their break time or something. There is parking out front next to whitton road you do not have to park in the back like we did. Hardee’s always has a good burger! They forgot to put lettuce and tomato on my friend’s sandwich but they were very nice about taking care of that. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt especially since it was only the first visit. I couldn’t help but notice that every single employee was African American but that’s not a big deal to me. They were all very friendly

Just stopped at the Hardee’s at Whittten road. The kitchen and dinning area was the cleanest that I have in a restaurant in a while and that includes in Mississippi, Tennessee and parts of Texas. The staff was professional and friendly. A must stop the next time I am passing through.

Hard to get good food from this location i literally order the same thing every morning smoke sausage with egg no cheese the first time I ordered they didn’t give me an egg but charged me the same 7.77 cents the second the put cheese on it and today I got a smoked sausage that was hardly cooked i couldn’t even eat it please open Summer Ave location back up…..

New restaurant, but not very clean. At 11am Dining area dirty and many napkins dispensers were empty. Extremely slow service. I waited in line while employees just chatted with each other. Will be awhile before I return.
