We ordered fries, chicken and Mac and cheese. The fries and Mac were cold,.I promptly picked up and still waited about 5 min at the restaurant for my food to be ready. The chicken was the only thing that was fresh and hot.

I ordered the Freddy Fazbear box and I had asked for the spicy tenders, half of my cheese bites had no cheese in them, my tenders were normal and not spicy, and the cheese bites were burnt. This was so utterly disappointing.

Please just close this location down… Absolute train wreck Everytime I’ve tried to eat here. I placed an online order on the app last night at 4:15pm… Arrived at the restaurant at 4:25pm… Lobby was full and there was a long line in the drive through… I called the store manager to see if they could just bring my order out to me since it was placed on the app…he said it would be best just to wait in the drive through line… The line barely moved and I finally drove off without my pre-paid meal at 5:25pm. Close it down!

Food, drinks and specialty items are all garbage. I wouldn’t feed this to a stray animal or the homeless it’s so bad. Biscuits and mashed potatoes were old not sure if it’s by hours or days but you can taste dust it’s accumulated sitting all day. Worst food I’ve had is recent and distant memory.

I’m not sure how after YEARS of complaints and making orders wrong, they just have not grown/ learn? It’s actually insane that every person I know I including my self and my family have never EVER got an order right at this location nor have we been treated like paying customers? Honestly just close this location down lol I’d rather not have Popeyes then have to deal with this.

This is the first time I have ever took the time out of my day to leave a review of any sort on Google, but this fast food establishment right here is the biggest joke and sorry excuse for a food establishment period. I was served RAW CHICKEN. When I got home and ate a tender, both me and my wife (which both got us very sick to the point where we went to the ER and have documentation which states that it was a severe case of food poisoning for both of us) is when we noticed that the CHICKEN WAS RAW.We immediately took pictures and then called management to let them know and was told that if we wanted our money back (FOR THE RAW CHICKEN THAT THEY SERVED US) I would have to bring the food back. Never once have I ever heard of a fast food restaurant ever saying that, not once!!! That’s great customer service. But wait it gets better!!!! So instead of getting my money back for once again the RAW CHICKEN THAT THEY SERVED US we went about a week later (because who really wants to take that chance and go eat there immediately after you just got food poisoning from the same establishment within the next day or two surprisingly who would even want to go eat there again but we gave it a chance, well tried to at least). And just when you think the customer service couldn’t get any worse than the experience we’ve already had we were told that they could not replace the food because it was a week ago like really who in their right mind would want to go back over there and eat some more raw chicken while you’re still throwing up from the raw chicken that you were served days before like really and I also have a video of the manager telling us that we would either have to have the food brought back to get our money or they would replace our food with the receipt. And then after all this happened I went to get my receipt back and that was a battle and a half to get my receipt back this place is ran by a bunch of kids and even if they’re not kids it’s ran like kids run it because they have no idea or have any business ethics or any customer service ethics whatsoever their general manager should be ashamed of the business that he’s running because him and his team are pathetic at doing their job and it is a very simple job at that. I don’t understand how you can mess something like that up but they definitely do the best at that so if you do go here and something’s wrong with your order don’t bother saying a word to them because they won’t do anything but make you run through hoops and jump through all kinds of circles that are on fire just to shoot you down over and over again I have worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and at all places I worked at and also have ate at myself this by far is the most worthless, pathetic and a sorry excuse for a fast food establishment that I have ever experienced in my life. This experience sounds like something you would hear in a movie but no you cannot make this up this was a real experience and this was by far the worst and probably going to be the worst ill ever experience in my entire life. For something to top this would be unethical and I most definitely going to take this to the health department first thing in the morning so they can go ahead and at least put some kind of foot down, order and maybe some guidance in this establishment because the owner is not doing so. This not only makes the Popeye’s brand look terrible (and I love Popeyes really do) but this also makes their owner look inexperienced and like he doesn’t care which I could see that by the training of his employees. Maybe the health department or a lawsuit would make him start caring a little bit more. Who knows? We’ll have to find out in the near future. I’ll keep everybody posted.

This restaurant has steadily gone down hill over the years. I have given it many chances, many times waiting 15 to 25 minutes after being told it would be 8 minutes for my chicken. On 3/4/23, at approximately 2:30 pm, I ordered the 5 piece spicy chicken strips, aging being told it would be 5 minutes until my order was ready. After waiting about 20 minutes, I received my order. When I got home, I found they gave me only 1 spicy strip with the rest being regular. Then, after closer inspection, the chicken was found to be undercooked (see photo). I did not call in as they only have teens working there. I will never go back to this restaurant. If I were you, I’d stay away from it.

Foods always great, hands down, but the customer service is not. Everyone there is never happy to be there which is very evident in the person taking orders upfront. I can recall a sassy teen girl who didn’t want to be there. We asked for a sweet tea today as they stopped putting the tea out for some reason and after a 5 minute wait with a long line being neglected we were served a sour unsweetened tea. We consistently try kind attitudes and they simply won’t return it.

This restaurant is disgustingly dirty. Would not sit on their toilets if they paid me to do so. State health needs to step in and close this place until it is completely cleaned top to bottom. Bought chicken wings that were decent. However, I’m certain the kitchen is no cleaner than the rest of the place. I love Popeyes fried chicken, but will not be going back, especially to this one. From the looks of these reviews, the corporate office does not care.
