Ordered a burger combo and the burger itself was hot, fresh, and cheesy. The drink was ice-cold and the order was packed well for takeout. The only downside was the fries — most were good, but a few tasted like they’d been sitting too long.
Still a decent experience overall, just not quite 5-star worthy.

I want to share my recent experience. One of the employees I believe his name was Yefferson — was very unprofessional, rude, and came across as harassing. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable, and I don’t think any customer should be treated that way. However, I do want to point out that the restaurant itself was extremely clean, and the food was amazing. The in person experience was great overall, but the customer service from that particular employee definitely needs improvement.

They were out of everything…ranch majority of the drinks and other items. Asked for barbecue sauce and was given expired buffalo sauce. Team seems like they don’t want to be there. Then employee sighed at me when I spilled my water outside of the establishment. Find another Jack in the box everyone.

Kiosk order inside, except it was set for employee login. Had to wait until someone came in for delivery for then to notice me. They got the order wrong. Gave me a dirty look and mumbled under her breath, and I know enough Spanish to know what she said. Food was ok. None of the tables were clean. I was really looking forward to having jack on the box, I guess that feeling has come and gone.

You don’t see good quality of food/customer service now a days at fast food. Today was a surprise though, thank you to the manager who helped me today, young gentleman with tattoos one his face. Super nice! Food was hot and fresh.

I’m so mad, i paid for a drink through the self serve kiosk but when i got my order i was told they no longer sell it even though it’s in there system and i aready paid for it! The girl up fron didn’t even try to compensate me. I paid 6$ to get a 3$ drink i didn’t even order. If I could give this location a zero star I would. When I order something I expect to get what I paid for! Or at least compensated for something around the same price, if not an added free item for the misunderstanding!

Tuesday nights I take a late class near by and I enjoy a curly fry and orange fanta as a treat. Most times I’ve come to this location around 930 pm- 1030 ish ( it’s never an exact time) , when I pull up to the drive thru I’m told they’re closed for 10 or 20 or 15 minutes. It’s always a random time too! And i’ve waited in the past but tonight I was fed up. Please don’t advertise your a 24 hour service when you’re not. I totally understand people need breaks, however shouldn’t they rotate breaks?
I look forward to this treat every Tuesday and am so disappointed when this happens. I ended up going to taco bell tonight cause of this. I don’t even like taco bell but I was hungry and they were open.
