I placed an order online and and I got home, I discovered one of the subs I ordered didn’t have the meat it was supposed to have on it. No big deal, mistakes happen. I went back and gave the person the sub to show them. Instead of remaking the sub correctly, they just put the missing ingredient on and handed it back. Can’t believe anybody would think this is the appropriate way to handle this situation.

Normally receive good food & service at this location; however, today I walked into something really weird going on with a few employees. One employee’s car was vandalized and the other employees thought it was funny. The parking lot was dirty as a result of all the food items that were used to vandalize the guys car. The atmosphere in the restaurant was way off as the three employees argued in front of me. Will find another location to go to from here on out.

The food was fine but setup appears backwards based on the menu sign, setup, and cash register. This causes a delay in ordering based on the sandwich preparation ingredients because you move right to left. Customers should take note of the special features when entering because there wasn’t another reminder at the counter. Food was consistent with other Subway restaurants.

The service was fast and good at the store but when I got home there was so much salt on my sandwich I couldn’t eat it. Called to complain and Zach simply told he likes salt so he didn’t think it was a problem. Ask to speak to the manager and he said he wasn’t available. So disrespectful no one cared that I paid for a sandwich I couldn’t eat! I won’t be going back!

Sandwiches were 2 ft long Tuna Hoagie loaded with toppings. Very delicious ok food was fresh. Love the fresh bread. Went back 2 more times during that same week for sandwiches.

Incredibly rude staff. We were the only customers in the store and the staff seemed annoyed that we even came in. While making the sandwiches the two staff members were asking what toppings we wanted on the sandwiches at the same time. When we asked to do one sandwich at a time so they didn’t get confused, one of the staff members snorted and walked away to the back and turned her obnoxious music up really loud. Sure enough, our order consisting of three sandwiches and one protein bowl was in fact wrong when we started to eat. I don’t know how this location stays in business. We won’t be going there again. Skip them and go to another location.
